Pros
Using the pre-authorized system to set up payments for my clients is incredibly simple and convenient. I really appreciate the efficient filters, which allow me to easily search through and review all past payment history. This feature makes managing payments much more straightforward and less time-consuming for me.
Cons
I find it a bit cumbersome that I can't process credit card refunds without going through customer service. It's a minor inconvenience, but not a major issue.

Pros
The ability to sync with QBO for seamless and worry-free reconciliation is a major benefit. This feature greatly simplifies the reconciliation process, making it much easier and more efficient for me to manage my accounts. It eliminates a lot of the manual work and potential errors, providing a smoother and more reliable accounting experience.
Cons

The interfaces are neat, and the software's functionality is robust.
Cons
The contact integration between Xero and Plooto is currently ineffective. Both sides blame each other for issues. Contacts synced from Xero to Plooto are automatically labeled as customers, with no option to switch them to suppliers. To fix this, I have to delete the contact and recreate it manually as a supplier, causing delays and workflow disruptions.

I'm thrilled with the lower processing fees! Switching to Plooto saves me over $100 a month. Once set up, recurring payments are fantastic. Customer service has been good too. Overall, Plooto is a valuable addition to my business, one I wish I had adopted years ago!
Cons
Setting up Plooto was more challenging than I anticipated. Some clients faced difficulties setting up recurring payments and weren't happy about it. Despite having PAD agreements with clients, Plooto doesn't accept them. Consequently, I can't process payments for several clients who've already shared their payment information.
