The only downside was the learning curve when moving from the desktop version to the browser-based interface though this version has turned out to be better.

Using it has been a really positive experience. The interface is user friendly, invoicing can be done quickly and the reports provide useful insights. The pricing is reasonable and customer support has been responsive whenever needed. Overall it's a dependable tool for handling finances.

Handling invoices, billing and bill payments with it has become much more easier now. The whole platform is user friendly and whenever I need help, support is just a quick call or message away. I still haven't run into any bugs or issues that needed fixing. Considering the cost, it delivers excellent value for the money.

I can get into it from pretty much any device and it's consistently reliable and accurate. It's been a real lifesaver for building reports, getting tax prep done and linking with other apps and systems.

Customer support was a major struggle. I got locked out of my account and it was extremely difficult to regain access. After finally getting back in, all of my accounts had been disconnected and getting everything connected again felt impossible so I ended up leaving QuickBooks.

Packed with a strong range of features, it covers a lot and while it hasn't always been the simplest to work with, the recent update has made navigation a bit more manageable. The support they offer is something I really value and entering time is pretty easy. That said when it comes to building more advanced reports or doing deeper analysis, it can be tough.

Having everything tied together in one system has been a huge plus. The platform is very user friendly and easy to use and being able to link bank and credit card accounts saves a lot of time. It's really convenient to manage payroll, invoicing, receipt tracking and account reconciliation all in the same place. Another big advantage is that our accountant can log in directly to our QuickBooks account which makes handling taxes much more efficient.

Finding the right help topics or support can be frustrating especially when dealing with more complicated accounting situations such as processing returned payments.

It does a really good job with multi-user access and permission controls. For a cloud-based accounting platform, it is very dependable. Our five person team can all work in it at the same time without running into any problems.

The only part that took some time to understand was setting up the bank feed. It's not a major issue but it would definitely help if it provided more detailed guidance for that process.

Constant glitches have been really frustrating. It completely threw off our payroll today by switching employees from direct deposit to paper checks. We had to manually go in and delete the paper check for every single employee, then pay more to upgrade the account just so we could process same day direct deposit and rerun payroll. It would be irritating either way but it's even worse because we already pay a lot for this service and now we're being pushed into an upgrade. I am hoping they'll at least let us switch back down next week though I am not very optimistic.
