Pros

QuickBooks feels pretty self-explanatory to me, which is really useful. I like being able to use it independently without having to ask my employer for help with my timesheet, time off, vacation requests, etc.

Cons

This might be my own mistake, but I've noticed I have separate sign-ins for submitting time and viewing my paystub, and I can't always access both.

Pros

It's very good for quarterly tax purposes.

I dislike the extensive training required for others in our office to use it. A simpler version would help keep operation costs low.

It's easy to navigate to the necessary areas of the website. It shows when payments have been automatically matched to invoices, saves customer details for future invoicing, has a simple search bar to quickly find invoices, and makes voiding/canceling invoices simple. I can view all invoices, not just the ones I've sent, and the system sends automatic follow-up emails.

Once, the system didn't recognize a customer email address due to an unrecognized symbol, and I had to ask for an alternative address.

It keeps everything organized. Once I enter information, it uses that data for all my accounting needs, ensuring compliance with city/state laws and business requirements.

The setup process can be repetitive, but once it's done, you won't need to do it again unless something changes.

The software's design is generally intuitive. I studied accounting, but even my team members who didn't had an easy time with the learning curve. I also like that it is Cloud-Based, allowing the entire team to access it from different devices. Another feature I thoroughly enjoyed is the automated reports, which I set to be sent automatically to the management team before every performance meeting.

Customer support is slow to resolve inquiries. On some occasions, they take several days and restart the resolution process from scratch when we follow up.

It's a way to record deposits, links with my bank, and provides a platform to communicate with our CPA.

Too many unused features can't be hidden. The app constantly tries to sell more services despite my subscription. Something simple like saving a deposit without leaving the page can't be done. If I don't save, get distracted, and it times out, I lose my deposit, which may have had 20 items pending.
