We value how easy it is to start an accounting journal entry for new entities, each with its own balance sheet. It offers a wide range of customizable features. QB connects to factoring accounts in North America and most banking APIs. Very affordable for all business sizes and use cases.

Customizing the accounting ledger is challenging. The audit log tracking time and location is useful for monitoring contractor activity. It would be great if GAAP/IFRS forms for securities reporting and auditing were preconfigured. Errors occur during synchronization if inventory or fleet management systems don't have stable connectivity. Clear instructions are needed for project accounting to avoid duplicate partners in the system.

We used QuickBooks Premier from 2015-2019, and when our new company needed accounting software, we tried QuickBooks Online. It's more convenient than the desktop version, allowing us to access it from our phones and laptops anywhere.

I haven't encountered a bug, but one of our employees uses an older phone, and it messed up what he sees. I think it's because the phone is very old.
