“I'm impressed!
Pros
Okay, I'm not gonna lie, I was totally skeptical about switching to Rippling. But wow, it was literally the best decision we've made. It's so easy to find your way around and it has everything we need all in one spot. If you're thinking about trying it, just do it. You won't regret it.
Cons
I do wish Rippling Spend had a bit more functionality, like letting me replace a receipt if I accidentally upload the wrong one.

“So easy to find everything
Pros
Once the website and app were set up, I found it really easy to get in and find what I need. My salary, benefits and PTO are all laid out in a way that's easy to read. Putting in PTO requests is simple and I get a notification as soon as they're approved. For me, the key word here is "easy."
Cons
I'm wondering why my PTO/CME isn't just a flat 8.0 hours so I'll have to ask my HR department about that.

“grow your business smoothly
Pros
We've been using it for a while now and honestly, it's one of the smoothest platforms we've used. What I love most is how it puts HR, payroll, benefits and IT all in one clean, easy-to-use system. Onboarding new people takes minutes ,not hours because everything from their email setup to picking benefits can be automated. The whole look and feel is modern and makes sense which makes my daily admin work way less of a headache. I'm a huge fan of the device and app management features and it's like having an IT person on staff without actually having to hire one. Plus since we have people in other countries, the international payroll support is a massive win. If you're a company that's growing and you want an all-in-one system that actually makes things easier, it is totally worth it.
Cons
The way they price things is flexible but the cost can really add up fast as you add more features. You might start with just payroll but once you need IT or time tracking, it can get more expensive than other all-in-one options.

“Receipt submission made easy
Pros
I am always impressed by how easy it is to submit my receipts. The entire workflow is perfectly simple. If I have a receipt, I just take a picture of it with my phone and then submit it through the app.
Cons
I don't like that I have to enter a job number for every expense, since not all of my expenses are for a specific project.

Pros
I find it super easy to use and get around. It's nice to look at and easy to sign into. Doing tasks in it is simple. I just like how everything is clean and neat.
Cons
"Spend" tab could be a little more simpler, I think. I sometimes get confused moving between cards and expenses and all that.

Cons
Sometimes the words they use for menus aren't super clear. Like, what exactly is "Spend"?

“Top-notch service and global power
Pros
First off, the service I have received since I started using it has been top-notch. They are always quick to respond and seem very driven to get me the help that I need. Secondly this platform is genuinely easy to use and this is coming from someone who is not super tech-smart. Lastly, I'm impressed with Rippling's global capabilities, including their EOR services, Global Employment Platforms, Contractor Management Software and their multi-country payroll software.
Cons
No cons. The little challenges are the same as any other system. Every company uses a bot for help first but the cool part is that if you ask, the bot will connect you to a real person.

It makes it incredibly easy for me to access all my pay information and manage my personal details. I love how I can view my time off balance and request days off directly through the app on my phone.

“My effortless management dashboard
Pros
I love that my pay stubs are easy to find, that scheduling time off even partial days, is simple and that approving my employees' time off requests can be done in just one click. It makes it so easy to do any task and you don't have to hunt through their platform to find stuff. It has a very user-friendly interface that I don't have to think about.
Cons
I'm only writing this because the review form made me & I really don't have anything I dislike about it! I forget that you have to switch between your employee and employer accounts to do different things. It just stays on whatever you used last.

I really appreciate how smooth and simple everything is with Rippling. My onboarding was quick, I found all my documents easily and my payments are always on time with a clear breakdown. The interface is clean and makes sense and I love that I can manage all my info and log into many of my apps from one place without a bunch of back-and-forth emails.
Cons
Honestly, so far I can't think of anything I dislike from my time using it.

“strong foundation with minor gaps
Pros
We appreciate how Rippling's platform is set up with different modules. It lets us set up a base structure for our data that then works across every part of the system. This base data then drives all our policies, reporting and automation everywhere else. it is very easy to use, whether you're an IT person like me or just a regular user. The menus are simple and the main apps are right there on the homepage. The way we set it up just made sense. We started by building the core company data that everything else needs. We had a dedicated specialist who helped us the whole way, teaching us the platform and how its data model works. Then, for each new module we added, we got another specialist who helped us roll it out on a clear schedule.
Cons
Rippling's integration with other apps can be lacking sometimes. I'm disappointed it doesn't support API tokens to connect to some apps and if you want to use it to manage service accounts, you have to pay for a license for that account.
