It is very interactive and easy to use. I find myself using it every single day.

Cons

I sometimes forget to clock out. It would be nice to get a warning message if I've been clocked in for more than, say, 8 hours.

Rippling makes it very easy for me to clock in and out, review my time, correct any errors I might have and it communicates with me so effectively via email.

Cons

There's no downside to speak of, It has everything I need to track my time and my pay.

I can easily view all my stuff in one spot, my work reports, my performance reviews and my pay stubs.

I am unsure if the new bank account I added was accepted yet. I got an email saying they would test it but I haven't seen the small deposit in my account.

Pros

Love how easy it is to use and find my way around. The look and feel of the app is excellent. Being able to use it on my computer or on my phone makes it super simple to get any info I need, right at my fingertips.

Cons

Don't like having to add expenses one by one and then pull them into a report. I wish I could skip that step. But even with that, it's still way faster and easier than other expense systems I've used.

As an employee, I think it does a great job organizing all the information that's relevant to me like the company org structure, my payroll, time off and benefits. Each section is clearly marked and simple for me to use.

It could be easier to find and set up integrations with other services like HSA or retirement accounts.

Rippling takes all my HR related tasks and puts them onto one, easy to use platform. I can easily request and view my available time off, access my payslips and tax docs and submit expenses. It's a fantastic time saver and I would not want to go back to sending endless emails for this stuff.

I have nothing bad to mention here. Setting everything up was easy and the support I've gotten has been fantastic.

I always have trouble finding the status of my submitted expenses. I have to click around in different places every time to see where they're at.
