I enjoy the layout and the ease of access. I find it very easy to navigate and find whatever I'm looking for.

Cons

I don't have any real issues but if I had to pick something, I'd say the site's look could use a little more flair and color. It's a bit plain.

“Centralized platform but needs manual benefit setup

Pros

For me, I think the only real upside to Rippling is that it houses so many systems in just one place. It also integrates with other systems we use and allows for that single sign-on.

Cons

It is very self-service which can be a lot of work. For our open enrollment, I'm the one who has to enter all the benefit details and set everything up. it doesn't do that part for you.

“handles bulk receipts efficiently

Pros

I appreciate how easy it is to do bulk transactions especially when I'm adding multiple receipts at once.

Cons

Took me a few tries to figure out how to add multiple receipts at once. That wasn't as interactive as I'd hoped.

Pros

From the very beginning, I have used it to manage my income, my benefits, my PTO, to review my organizational structure and to track our growth each period. I think it easily combines everything you could need in one single place. I use it a lot and I really love this application. I also use the mobile application, which is easy to check from any smartphone.

Cons

The login process can be slow sometimes and it has a lot of verification steps. I feel like they could smooth that out to make it a better experience.

Pros

Recently, I used the review cycles for employee ratings and the UI is so easy to understand. Honestly, anyone can come in and do their process without having any questions. Related to your profile, you can just come and modify your own details which is easy. They named each section in such a way that no one gets lost; they can easily go in and just do their job.

Cons

I used Oracle for a long time and compared to that, Rippling is so much easier to understand. I don't have any dislikes so far.

“good payroll but limited career development features

Pros

I think it has good payroll, the paystub view is clear and the time & attendance management is good.

Cons

The single sign-on with two-factor authentication could be better. Also, the features for tracking performance, building skills and finding a career path inside the company should be more developed.

Pretty cool that I can use it for attendance maintenance and the reports. It's very user friendly.

Cons

So far, no dislikes. It's much more efficient to use than other things I've tried.

Pros

I find it extremely easy to set up my payment information and to submit HR related requests like my leave requests. It is extremely user-friendly and I really appreciate that it emails me the second my pay stub is ready. It feels like everything is right at my fingertips. I can easily get an answer to any question I have and it's so easy to access. All my daily work tools are already integrated which makes them central and easy to launch. I use it frequently and the customer support is readily available when I need them.

Cons

There is nothing to dislike. Everything is easy to use and I haven't run into any glitches.

Rippling is really simple, quick and all the payments went well for me. I saw the team implemented the payroll really fast and I've noticed there's a lot of integrations that are really useful for companies.

At the beginning, it was a little bit hard to understand but after you get the hang of it, it runs really smoothly.

It can be a little tricky to learn at first, especially if you're new to big HR or IT systems like I was. (P.S. I'm using it for the first time and I kinda like it, though!)

I love getting things clear and simple and till I use this app there are no loading kind of things, it is fast and easy to handle which is exactly what I need.

HR Management module really helped me in the effective performance review of my team, it kept everything organized. Also the recruitment module is just awesome and has made hiring so much smoother.

The home page is very helpful, I can navigate to anywhere easily from there.

The dashboards need some improvement. For the Time & Attendance page, it would be great to see a graph showing how many PTO, Sick and Casual Leave days I have and how many I've used. An attendance calendar would also be really helpful.

“The best feature is texting receipts

Pros

For me, being able to just text my receipts directly after I have a transaction is truly the best feature of it. I'm on the go and constantly purchasing for my clients and I don't feel overwhelmed or stressed with my expense report anymore. It's also so easy to access my paystubs, the employee directory and just general employee info instead of having to log into a million different portals. I just love it!

Cons

I would love it if Rippling could also connect to my healthcare and 401K info. I'm not sure if that's possible but having all my benefits in one place would be amazing.

I absolutely love how smooth the task management is. It just makes everything easy to use. I also have to say, I really love the UI on top of all that.

Logging in can be a problem sometimes. But I get it, it's all for security.
