“easy to see my payroll details
Pros
It's such an easy way to see all my payroll details like the payroll period, the amount, taxes and everything else I need to check.
Cons
When I clock out and then have to clock back in later the same day, it creates a separate timesheet entry. I'd really prefer if it just combined those into one entry.

Pros
Rippling offers a lot of services and acts as a one-stop destination for all my needs, right from attendance and leave management to my payslip and onboarding tracking. In times of need I can always turn to it to solve my issues because of their versatile customer support. It's become an integral part of my day-to-day activity and its customizability and smooth integration and implementation within my organization makes it very easy to pick up and pass it on to new employees.
Cons
I'd love to see Rippling add more features down the road that put all my work info and tasks in one spot. Things like multi-language support, some AI tools and a more interactive dashboard would be awesome and would definitely make me use it more.

The Mobile Device Management is top-notch, it's so easy to use and the ease of integration with our other systems was a game-changer for us.

Pros
I appreciate the easy navigation and the user-friendly dashboard has a really good vibe that just makes using it pleasant.
Cons
In my opinion, we should be using our work email addresses as the main contact for onboarding, with personal emails as a backup. That's how the bigger competitors do it and it makes more sense for alot of reasons.

I'm always impressed with the support I get from Rippling support for any issues I face as they're quick and actually solve the problem.
Cons
When I put in my clock-in and clock-out times, there's no way for me to add my breaks. Some parts of the interface could still use a little work.

Payroll tab is a much more powerful feature than my old HR platform because it just gives me so much more detail and control.

The primary advantage of Rippling is its integration of HR, Finance and IT functions which enables our company to manage its entire employee lifecycle in one platform. It is also worth noting that it has one of the best customer support setups out there, they're always so helpful.
Cons
The way they price the extra "workflows" is tough for a growing business like ours. You can't just buy more workflows on their own. The only option is to pay for a bigger, more expensive plan which doesn't feel very scalable.

“My essential all-in-one hub
Pros
Rippling for me is like an all-in-one app. I've been using this for more than a year now and what I love about it is that you can track your pay slip ahead of time, you can track your time off and you can check your time and attendance. These things are very important for me but it made things easier since I can check all of them at the same time. I also think it is user friendly and it's very easy to use.
Cons
Been using it for over a year and I've never had a bad experience. Every update they've released has actually helped me be more efficient at work.

It helps us save a ton of time and money because we're consolidating all of our HR needs for two countries onto this single platform. It's so much simpler now.
Cons
The billing reports could be clearer, especially for the different Rippling services we use. The biggest thing for me is that it's hard to match employee expenses to the right account in our Quickbooks ledger. My accounting team spends a lot of time trying to figure out where each expense belongs. We're a small company (under 30 people) so it's manageable now but it could become a real problem as we get bigger.

“Helps me remember training
Pros
What I like about it is that the most important functions, like my payroll information and the training modules I'm assigned, are really easy to locate and navigate. I also like the fact that it sends me email notifications when my training modules are getting close to their due date, because I'd totally forget otherwise. Also, my employee profile contains a lot of relevant information, all in one spot.
Cons
When payroll is delayed, it would be helpful if Rippling sent a follow-up message 24 hours later asking the HR Director why it's late. Just a little nudge to keep things moving.

It has been great for my role at Solar United Neighbors because it streamlines our HR, payroll and IT operations all under one platform. Its smooth onboarding and offboarding ensure new hires are set up really quickly, while the payroll automation simplifies multi-state tax compliance for our distributed team. It's easy to use and the transition was very smooth from our previous app, which was a huge relief.
Cons

It is unbelievably easy to use. I was in the air force for 11 years and our management softwares were outdated and boring. Its such an easy and fun user experience that is very interactive. I hardly spend any time on it because everything is so easy to get and I literally never have issues, which is amazing.

From the get-go, using this tool feels easy. It's easy to understand and it's easy to go around the portal. Nothing feels complicated and you just get this feeling that you're supported.

I really appreciate being able to manage lots of my benefits and work-related things in just one place. It was especially helpful when I was switching companies and could still access my prior information easily.
