“AI-enabled and full of features
Pros
The ease of processing things is a huge plus for me. It's AI enabled, which is cool and there are just a ton of features. I like that everything feels integrated and connected.
Cons
I feel like the app for expense reporting is better in Concur compared to Rippling.

“easy to learn with fantastic support
Pros
Rippling's user interface is very easy to learn and use, I picked it up right away. I also really love the AI bot assistant because it helps with quick questions and can also connect you to a specialist if you need one. I also like that payroll runs can be put on auto-run and auto-approve; it simplifies the whole process a lot. And I have to say, the Customer Support is a solid 10/10 in my book.
Cons
Nothing really comes to mind that I dislike. However, it would be nice if they added performance improvement plans to the system. It would make storing and completing everything much easier since it'd all be in one place.

It is very user friendly and has a really clear interface which I appreciate since I need to use it every single day for my timesheet and payroll.
Cons
It would be nice if we could customize how our apps are sorted on the homepage.

“handy pdf summaries for pay
Pros
Actually, pretty good that it has this downloadable PDF summary for all my payouts which I find really useful for my records. The user friendly settings are great too especially that you can link it to your gmail account to get notifications.
Cons
None as of the moment. I'll get back to this comment section if I can ever think of something.

“No training needed
Pros
The user interface is very simple and easy to use which I really like. You can just easily go around and it helps me keep a track of my pay and request leaves and all that stuff without any trouble. Honestly, the employees here didn't require any additional training for it which is way better than many other softwares out there.
Cons
Absolutely nothing, because like I said the software has it all.

Pros
It's just so simple to use, which is the main thing for me. They have alot of tools all available in one place which is very handy. I also like that the services are adapted and available to the reality of different countries, it's a proper multi-country payroll software. Oh and their Customer Support is very efficient, I've had good experiences.
Cons
For a Brazilian company like ours, it's definitely worth it but the cost is a bit high because of the exchange rate. Also each feature seems to have a separate cost. It's worth the money but you really need a well-structured budget for each tool you add on.

I find it very user friendly and it acts as this great all-in-one platform for tracking your time, your benefits and your training. It was also really easy to implement and get started with which was a relief.
Cons
The mobile app can be a bit glitchy. Sometimes I have to completely close it and reopen it just to clock in, clock out, or take a break.

Rippling is an easy-to-use app that helps me manage my leave, gives me info about my current role and keeps me updated on my expected payments and calendar. It was also easy to install on my device and everything integrated easily.
Cons
I wish it had a real-time chat system for employees. It would be helpful and would cut down on the number of different apps I have to use. I'd probably end up using it a lot more often.

It handles all my needs smoothly and efficiently which saves me from the trouble I've had with other apps. It helps me keep track of my payslips and calendar and it notifies me about my leave and how many sick days I have left. The simple onboarding and integration saved me a lot of effort. It's become part of my daily routine & it's the first thing I open when I start my day.
Cons
I'd love it if they added a chat bot. It would be great to solve my issues by just talking to an agent or getting my FAQs answered in a more interactive way.

First off, it has tons of features and they're all really well organized. Even someone new to Rippling can get the hang of it quickly. The app is built so well that even a non-technical person can understand everything. At our organization, we use Rippling all the time for vacations, holidays and updates. All the options and features are integrated in an orderly way, making it convenient to use and manage. The support service is also great. I've even recommended this app to my friends and family. I like everything about it. One suggestion: it would be best if you guys provided an option to change the language.

For me, it is like having this one smart system that handles all the behind-the-scenes stuff you have to deal with when you're running a team. I'm talking about HR, payroll, IT and even finance. Instead of me having to juggle like five different tools, It just puts everything in one place and makes it all talk to each other which is awesome.
Cons
It's great for standard stuff but if your team has unique onboarding steps or specific policy quirks, you might find it a bit limited on how much you can customize.

I find that it solves my daily requests in a really efficient manner and it walks me through things step by step. This usually means I have no further queries or issues, which is great. The thing that I like about it, the most is that it does all this quickly and it keeps me updated on any changes. It feels like it's constantly upgrading its features and adapting to the new technology that's available. It's a core part of the software I use daily and the implementation and integration process was as smooth as I could have ever expected from any software. It really feels like a state-of-the-art application to me.
Cons
Rippling needs to add new features and improve customer support. It would be great if they used AI agents to handle queries more dynamically.

The interface is easy to use and it's also really simple to get help from an actual person when I need it.
Cons
The only thing that's frustrated me was trying to log a small amount of sick time like for a doctor's appointment. The system just wouldn't cooperate. I'm pretty sure our manager got it to fix that though.

It's so easy to use, which I appreciate. I can choose to auto-withdraw my pay or the manual withdrawal with Wise is like the icing on top for me. With Wise, I can get it instantly! I use it all the time and I honestly haven't experienced any issues so far. And if help is ever needed, it's easy to find the options for assistance.
Cons
I can't think of any downsides. So far, it's been great.
