Pros
Royal 4 has significantly increased the productivity of our warehouse processes from start to finish. The organization of put-away tasks has improved, resulting in easy and time-efficient picking.
Cons
As a company with bill-to-ship-to customers, we faced restrictions with Royal 4. The software lacks the capability to provide the ship-to customers on the Bill of Lading (BOL) for route loading. To work around this, we had to come up with a solution specifically for certain accounts to ensure we know which orders are being loaded.

Pros
What I admire the most most about the R4 program is its flexibility in customization. We have now the ability to add or modify elements that contribute to the improved efficiency of our company's operations.
Cons
I really wish the software had a more user-friendly interface. There are instances where we need to switch back and forth between screens and it requires opening one screen and then another. It would be great if we could simply double click on a specific order and have it show us all the related information. That would greatly improve its usability.

Pros
The software's ability to dynamically enhance our system to align with our company's objectives and process requirements is one of its standout features. With WISE, we were able to implement robust system functions that greatly improved productivity throughout our warehousing life cycles. The software smoothly handled multiple types of RF functions and offered desktop program accessories that perfectly suited our business needs.
Cons
One aspect of the software that I liked the least was the reporting build outs. The reports were not user-friendly and didn't properly convey the information we needed to manage the system and track the metrics that drive efficiency.

Pros
I have found the R4 team to be highly well-informed and easy to collaborate with. Their service is prompt and accurate, and the staff is always polite in their interactions.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of any cons so far. The software has been meeting our expectations and there haven't been any major issues or drawbacks.
