Pros

Their paying invoices through Versapay is simple. A receipt is instantly emailed to me, confirming the payment.

Cons

Pros

Versapay is incredibly intuitive, making it very straightforward and simple to use. The user interface is designed in such a way that even those who are not tech-savvy can navigate it with ease. Cons

I believe Versapay reporting could be improved, and calculations for the DSO should be available too.

Since implementing Versapay, our overall collection of tenants' receivables has improved. Versapay allows tenants to see their outstanding balance, speeding up collections. We were very happy with the software implementation.

Cons

I don't have any specific issues with Versapay that I'm unhappy with. Recently, I've experienced some support issues, but they have been resolved.

Versapay does the work for you! No More Manual Payments!
Pros

I love that Versapay automatically processes payments by ACH or CC, saving me from manual work. Especially with multiple payments on the same day, I can schedule them to run at a specific time.

Cons

I dislike that any open invoices dated the current date when auto payments are run will also get paid if the customer is set up as recurring. Sometimes a customer may want to make a random purchase not included in the monthly payment, and I don't want that invoice to be automatically paid. I've had to set my monthly billing run very early in the morning to avoid any new invoices being created on the same date for a customer.

Accounts Receivable Automation by Versapay
Pros

The interface is easy to use, and the application's capabilities are very useful. It minimizes the time spent on the entire accounts receivable process.

Cons

Versapay is not innovating as much as its competitors like YayPay and HighRadius. It focuses on the mid-market where competition is intense, and it should innovate more to stand out.

Daily Impact of VersaPay ARC
Pros

Versapay is an easy tool for our A/R staff and tenants. The communication features save us time and create efficiencies in our daily process. Billing questions are answered quickly, and disputes are resolved before the invoice becomes overdue. Since we started using Versapay, we've eliminated all paper mailings by sending PDF attachments of our invoice notifications. The visibility Versapay provides helps us understand each tenant's status and assist them in using the product comfortably. The payment file we receive is uploaded directly into our ERP system, accurately relieving open charges without staff processing.

Cons

The biggest limitation I've encountered with the product to date is the Payment Limits. I have many big tenants with high rents who may not be able to pay through Versapay with the current structure. I'm currently exploring other options and direct-to-bank processing of payments.

Pros

I appreciate the flexibility of alerts, autopayment scheduling, easy navigation, AR metrics, and invitations that take our clients directly to the intended accounts. Extracting reports into Excel is also very simple.

Cons

I face daily issues because the account linking functionality cannot be blocked. My clients continue to mistakenly link accounts because Versapay ARC cannot disable this functionality, leading to complaints when users receive emails for linked accounts they aren't involved with. Sluggish search performance causes delays during live phone calls while assisting clients. Autopay ignoring open credits causes frequent issues, but I have a ticket open to remedy this.

Cons

ARC: A/R Savior
Pros

I find ARC very intuitive and easy to use. ARC syncs with our accounting software, allowing for efficiency in cash posting, A/R review, and customer service requests. Being able to see an entire shopping center's or our whole portfolio's A/R balance in one dashboard is a great perk. Direct communication with our tenants through the comment section has been significant, and we've received numerous inquiries and positive feedback.

Cons

The load time for the web page can be frustrating at times, but I'm aware that loading thousands of data points contributes to these load times.

Excellent Product, Exceptional Customer Support
Pros

The ease of use and customer-friendly platform are impressive. The automatic notifications feature saves time on following up with customers with outstanding invoices. Tagging customers into different categories helps develop lists and prevents excessive scrolling. Our company has saved a lot of time and money in man-hours by switching to Versapay. Any questions are quickly answered by customer support, usually within the hour. Having such an exceptional support team makes this software stand out.

Cons

This software keeps improving, and they listen and deliver on client requests. Any request I've made has been implemented with new updates, or customer support solves the issue promptly. Therefore, I have no complaints about this software.

Pros

Our CSM has been very helpful in growing our product knowledge. They are open to improvements and have added branding enhancements. They can handle large volumes of data.

Cons

No Discounts - I struggle to get customer engagement. I wish tags did more; they are just a filter. Some tags could be pre-developed and attached to actions.

Pros

I really enjoy the software's ease of use and how easy it is to navigate the website. These qualities make it simple to train employees and customers. Since it's not a difficult software to use, our customers have a more accepting attitude toward the implemented change.

Cons

The only con I've found with the software so far is applying short payments to multiple invoice payments or applying credits to payments. When I try to use a credit while making a payment on an invoice, it adds the credit amount to the payment rather than deducting it.

Great product to assist with Customer Communication!
Pros

It is very easy to use and greatly assists with collections in a low-key way. Customers can easily access their accounts and pay through the portal if they choose.

Cons

I wish there were a few more report options. Also, being able to merge duplicate accounts would be very helpful.
