“great integrations”
Pros
Simple to navigate and it bundles the key capabilities you need for talent management, payroll and recruiting in one place. It also connects nicely with other systems and stays reliable across different devices you can access what you need without friction.
Cons
Getting everything set up can be a little involved particularly if you're a smaller business without much implementation support.

“simple use”
Pros
Really simple to use and it comes with a lot of useful features. I've been able to get to what I need quickly thanks to the overall setup and there's plenty to explore without feeling limited.
Cons
Navigation can get a bit tricky sometimes especially when you're trying to track down a specific page. It takes a little extra effort to find the right section when you're not already familiar with where everything lives.

“Complete platform with anywhere access”
Pros
This tool is a complete, all in one HR platform that covers payroll, benefits, talent management, workforce planning and analytics. I also like its clean, easy to use interface as it's simple for both HR staff and regular employees to use. And since it is web-based, I can access it from anywhere with an internet connection which is great for remote work and managing global teams. I also rely on its detailed reports and analytics to help make better strategic decisions.
Cons
I have noticed that getting it up and running can take a lot of time, manpower and technical know-how and in many cases I have had to bring in external consultants to help with the implementation. I also felt that my team needed specific training to make the most of the platform's more advanced capabilities.

“incredible results”
Pros
This platform is basically an all-in-one HR hub, covering everything from payroll and benefits to talent management, workforce planning and analytics. The interface feels adaptive so HR teams and employees can navigate it without too much friction. Since it's cloud-based, access works anytime and anywhere as long as there's internet which makes it a good fit for remote work and global teams. It also includes solid reporting and insight tools that help guide smarter, more strategic decisions.
Cons
Getting it set up isn't quick, it takes a lot of time, resources and know how and you might want third party support depending on your setup. Also some of the more advanced capabilities may require training so you can actually make full use of them.

Pros
Super simple to use, with a clean layout that makes everything feel organized. Pages load fast most of the time and the whole setup is pretty simple to navigate.

“Powerful tool for complex mergers”
Pros
I am using Workday HCM right now and I find it really powerful, tying together talent management, time-off, payroll and benefits. A recent project to merge our system with another company's platform was complicated but ultimately it succeeded and everything worked out well.
Cons
I am annoyed that Workday times out way too fast when I am drafting something like an employee review and it can erase what I have written with no way to recover. It seems like our IS team could change that timeout setting but because Workday is cloud-hosted it also reacts poorly to unreliable internet which makes it fragile in those situations. We've also struggled to link it with our ADP setup for some parts of the company, meaning a few managers are unable to approve time off when their staff are based at different sites.

“saves so much time”
Pros
We're currently using it and it's genuinely powerful for connecting talent management, time off, payroll and benefits in one place. After a recent systems merger with another company's setup, the process was pretty tricky but everything ended up working out well in the end.
Cons
An annoyance is that it times out really quickly when you're typing something longer like a staff review and it can wipe out your changes with no way to recover, pretty frustrating. It also feels a bit sensitive to connection quality since it's cloud-based so slow or unstable internet can make the experience feel fragile. Also, we haven't fully integrated it with our ADP setup for all parts of the business which means some managers can't approve leave for employees in different locations.

“clean UI”
Pros
UI is genuinely simple and the overall system feels well-organized with a clean, logical layout. Everything I needed was easy to spot so the flow through the app/document made sense right away.
Cons
Minor nitpick is that the wording can occasionally feel a bit Americanized in tone which doesn't always match the rest of the style.

“Quick recruiting with automated payroll”
Pros
Handling employee onboarding and recruiting in Workday HCM is quick and easy as I can move candidates through the process without any hassle. It is also simple to track and manage employee time and attendance. Automating repetitive HR tasks is pretty easy too which saves me a lot of time. And when needed, I can run payroll directly through the system.
Cons
The main drawback I have noticed is that the system can become sluggish when I run several HR tasks at once, especially during peak usage.
