“feature-rich but needs fixing”

Pros

There's a lot packed into this tool and it covers a bunch of genuinely helpful areas. I can quickly find details for payments and benefits, plus manage things like tasks, timetables and view submitted documents.

Cons

Interface still feels pretty buggy and navigation can be awkward. Some task actions aren't as convenient as they should be especially when reviewing tasks. Even though the platform includes a ton of features, management doesn't always use them well. Also, there are occasional server problems.

The setup and day to day use feel pretty simple and the features themselves work well enough to get things done quickly.

Cons

Every once in a while it gets sluggish and even crashes which can make it pretty unusable when it happens at the wrong time.

It is easy to use and set up and the dashboard offers many features that simplify my work.

Cons

Because there are so many options it can feel somewhat unfriendly and I think the back/navigation option is a bit underdeveloped.

Nothing in particular to dislike, it covers all my HR needs.

The platform brings together a lot of useful capabilities, workforce planning, talent management and payroll integration so HR workflows get organized without juggling multiple tools. The real-time analytics and reporting are especially helpful since they turn day to day data into clear insights that support smarter, more data-driven decisions.

Cons

While the customization options are pretty broad, they can feel complicated and may need technical know how or help from the vendor. Implementation and ongoing maintenance costs can also be steep for smaller organizations. During high usage periods, performance can slow down at times which gets annoying when you're trying to work quickly.

Setup feels simple and the tool is pretty flexible. There's also a nice range of features included, enough variety to cover what we actually need.

Nothing comes to mind right now. We're still not sure whether the problems we're running into are coming from the company's side or from something else on our end.

Genuinely, it is quite user friendly and covers a lot of ground-HR, payroll, talent management and more, without everything turning into a patchwork. The real-time analytics are especially helpful when you're trying to make decisions based on current data and the global capabilities make it a solid fit for multinational teams. Self-service for employees and managers also stands out since it reduces back-and-forth and keeps things moving. Also, the cloud setup gives reliable access and automatic updates, while customization options help align the system with specific business needs. Security is taken seriously, integrations are well-supported and the overall support is strong which makes it a scalable, flexible choice for modern HR operations.

Cons

This is not the smoothest for newcomers, there's noticeable complexity and it usually takes extensive training to get everyone comfortable. Customization can also be time consuming and costs add up quickly, including licensing and implementation expenses. Reporting can feel limiting if you need a lot of flexibility and larger organizations might run into performance slowdowns. Integration work can be tricky to set up, the mobile app isn't as adaptive as the main platform and long implementation timelines can push deployment out.

Task section formatting is a bit hit-or-miss and I'm not a fan of a few of the layout choices.

The layout could be organized a bit better so it's clearer where everything is located. Also, the password creation/login process didn't work properly at one point when I tried to set it up.

This setup has been really helpful for talent management, performance management and overall employee management.

Has no online support option so when something comes up, it's not possible to get immediate help on the spot.

It's basically a one-stop platform. It makes it simple to view and download payslips and you can also check comments from your supervisors without any hassle. The overall interface feels simple so navigating the app doesn't take long.

Password protection is solid but requiring an OTP for every single step gets a little tiring. Aside from that, the platform has been great to use.

Everything is available in one place... paystubs, vacation hours and the other details I need without bouncing between screens.

The login process asked for two step authentication and it took longer than I expected to get through to the app.

This tool is exceptionally well built for user configuration, with a really flexible drag-and-drop customization experience right out of the box.

Cons

Finishing a workflow can feel pretty click-heavy and keeping two browser windows open... especially with it on at the same time can lead to occasional glitching.

Works globally and the user interface is pretty simple, its layout and usability feel similar to Facebook so it's easy to get around. I also like how much you can customize, plus the app supports multiple modules and features that cover a lot of needs. Another plus is that it keeps improving over time since the company ships two releases every year.

Cons

It was built mainly for the US so it doesn't fully account for international laws and compliance requirements. Because of that gap, we end up managing separate tools for different countries.
