Pros

For me it provides clear information and lets me track whether I am improving. It also helps me verify any outstanding actions I need to complete for my tasks as an employee. Overall it really simplifies my daily work and makes things easier.

Cons

Occasionally I experience downtime although I suspect it's due to scheduled system maintenance.

Pros

Accessing my W-2 and pay stubs is pretty easy and I also like being able to view my time off.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind right now. I find that everything is working as expected.

Pros

Workday is incredibly user-friendly and a flexible ERP solution. After applying a few enhancements to the core platform, we've come to rely on it as our single go-to system for ERP needs, consolidated financials and HR services.

Cons

Even though it's an excellent product overall, we still had to commit a significant amount of time, money and staff training to get it working properly. Once the implementation is finished and everything is running though, it really takes off.

I am comfortable using it and I haven't run into any major complications.

Cons

For me the UX feels a bit 90s which is not great but nothing too annoying

Navigation feels simple and it covers everything you need to plan and complete tasks for yourself as well as your direct reports.

Cons

There was a bit of a learning curve at first but after getting used to it, the workflow becomes fast and effortless.

Integrates with Microsoft Teams which makes it simple to fit into our existing workflow. I'm also using it to manage employees' times and track performance and those parts have been genuinely helpful.

Cons

Sign-in policy feels a bit annoying. A few times, my two-factor authentication codes haven't come through.

Not fully sure if it's a configuration thing but occasionally the contractor hierarchy doesn't show up on my side.

Makes handling HR tasks a lot more simple. The reporting and analytics features are also really useful for monitoring workforce data in real time.

Cons

Can feel fairly complex at times particularly with a few features that take multiple steps. organizing some workflows would speed things up, there's also duplicate information showing up on forms that could be removed to make the process cleaner.

There aren't many complaints, it has consistently been a solid tool for both employers and employees who rely on it for important pay and financial information.

Well I rely on Workday for managing holidays and HR tasks at our company. The layout is user friendly so requesting time off and checking my remaining days is quick and easy. Also I get real-time updates so I don't need to dig through paperwork to see my leave balance. I even like that it connects with other HR tools so everything I need is in one place. Though it can slow down when everyone is using it but overall, it makes managing leave much simpler and more transparent for both staff and HR.

Cons

It is a useful tool for handling time-off requests and other HR tasks though it's not perfect. The design is mostly clear so requesting leave or checking balances is usually simple. That said the system can get noticeably slow during busy times which is annoying when I'm trying to get something done quickly.

Pros

One of the best parts for me is the customizable dropdown menu on the dashboard which makes it really simple to jump straight to the items I actually need. The time-entry side and the ability to access benefit information are also both excellent.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind that I dislike about it.

I have got easy access to everything about the company, including my pay stubs which I can view without any hassle.

There are far too many email notifications and I couldn't figure out how to switch them off.

It's really simple to get around and use and I can access everything from my phone.

I cannot think of any concrete problems right now. however some alerts feel arbitrary.

The app is packed with a lot of features and once you learn how to navigate them... and you can quickly locate what you need... it becomes genuinely useful.

Cons

Using it can feel pretty challenging since it doesn't always come across as adaptive and hooking it up with existing systems isn't consistently simple.

It's fairly simple to use for keeping tabs on workforce management and tracking day to day work. The overall layout makes it easy to stay organized and manage the team effectively.

Because it runs in a virtual environment, the automated workflows can occasionally feel a bit tangled especially when you're dealing with the automated messages.

Time tracking and editing has been easy, everything feels simple to manage. I also appreciate how payslips, bonuses and taxes are handled individually so nothing gets lumped together.

Cons

Only missing piece I can think of is the ability to use it from inside the app to email the HR team directly for my job.

There can be a bit of delay when I submit tasks while I'm working through the required learning.

This software pulled together everything I needed for my employee profile, training and insurance into a single platform so I didn't have to bounce between different systems.

Cons

I cant really blame the tool but my company gave pretty minimal training at the beginning. It took some time before I felt fully comfortable using the software.

It's a pretty useful tool for pulling together everything your department needs in one spot.

Cons

While it works, it's not anything mind-blowing, there's a bit of clunkiness to it though it still ends up being practical and gets the job done.
