“AI automation makes tasks easy”

Pros

I am really impressed with how easy it is to use and how AI automates tasks making it extremely user-friendly

Cons

To be honest I haven't found anything lacking as all the features are amazing.

Pros

Stands out for offering a broad, user friendly experience for handling HR and talent management tasks. The analytics and reporting tools are particularly solid, giving clear visibility into workforce data so teams can make better decisions.

Cons

A downside is the pricing, it can be pretty expensive which may not work well for smaller companies. It also takes a lot of effort to set up and tailor and that usually means more training time for the people using it.

“Outstanding support with vendor connections”

Pros

In my experience Workday is incredibly easy to use and its interface packs a lot of tools for handling HR tasks. I have found their customer support to be outstanding. It also lets me connect smoothly with a variety of third-party vendor apps which keeps data flowing and simplifies HR management.

Cons

Don't have many complaints about Workday but I do think its performance could be improved so that reports and integrations run noticeably faster.

Pros

For me the software is excellent and offers an enormous array of features and functional options. it's very user-friendly and provides easy access.

Cons

I encounter very few or almost no problems overall though sometimes product features are updated in short, small intervals which can be a little inconvenient.

Pros

The app and the website both make it simple to access and start tracking. The layout feels pretty simple overall and it's simple to see your total worked time at a glance.

Cons

Occasionally the app glitches and signs me out right after I log in. That throws off my clock-in timing and I end up getting to work late because I have to sign back in.

Pros

Automated and accurate payroll has made it much easier to stay compliant and it also saves me a lot of time without the usual stress. There are no setup fees or hidden charges which I really appreciate. The dashboard is also solid and supports self-service well.

Cons

So once the required security setup is in place (including the authenticator), everything works as expected. After that configuration, the app has been delivering exactly what we need.

“fast access and navigation”

Pros

Everything is simple to reach, whenever I need something, it's right there. Navigation is also really simple so moving around the site takes very little effort.

Cons

Sometimes the page glitches and if a listing or item gets taken down, it disappears completely, for example, older job postings I could previously view aren't there anymore.

Pros

Being able to track my work shifts in real time is a huge help. I can quickly see how many actual hours I worked each day and it keeps things accurate for both me and my employer. Overall, it really supports accountability around time tracking.

Cons

No real downsides so far. Access rules for logging into it offsite are controlled by my employer.

Pros

Using it for human capital management has really organized things. It covers the whole workflow, from recruitment to managing talent and handling staffing so the day to day processes are supported with strong built in features.

Cons

Already includes everything our team needs and there haven't been any noticeable problems so far.

It feels really efficient and makes it much easier to collaborate on a bunch of different tasks with others. Overall, it organizes the work when multiple people are involved.

Honestly there isn't anything negative to point out. I've been using it a lot and it's very hands-on-quick to get going and simple day to day.

I really appreciate how thorough it is and it covers all the core features we need to keep day to day HR operations running smoothly.

That said, it can feel pretty complex for newbies. Once you get the proper training and give yourself enough time to get up to speed, it turns into a genuinely helpful tool.

Best part for me is the clean interface, along with the wide range of options it gives end users.

What I like the least is that delegating my profile while I'm out of the office is a bit difficult and the delegation related options feel limited.

Getting the W-2s uploaded was a bit of a headache and we ended up needing to use a different application to distribute them.

This has turned into a really valuable tool for training and growth inside the organization.

After using it for around three years, I haven't run into any downsides, course content has been solid and the platform has been simple to work with.

Formatting is incredibly easy to use and doesn't feel confusing at all. It's laid out in a super user friendly way so jumping in and getting things done is simple.

Honestly there's nothing I can complain about, navigation feels simple and everything is pretty direct and adaptive.

Really solid learning classes if you want to understand everyday operations or pick up specific lessons for a Senior CSR role. The video + PowerPoint format made everything simple to follow and it covered what I needed in a practical way.

Cons

Nothing truly negative comes to mind. One thought would be to group the more useful lesson content together a bit more and separate the less common sections (like the birthdays) into another area for quicker navigation.

Pros

This is a really complete app, there are plenty of tools for handling payroll and it covers what you actually need.

Cons

It feels a bit heavy when it loads, it could probably bring in less upfront and then load additional details only when you switch between the different menu options.

Feels way better than the old in-house solution we were using before.

Cons

Every now and then, it's not super adaptive to track down specific items, for example, the Taxes document.

It organizes our HR workflows, cuts down on repetitive manual tasks and has noticeably improved employee satisfaction thanks to its adaptive interface. It also keeps us aligned with global labor regulations so it feels like a full, end-to-end HR solution rather than a patchwork of tools.

Cons

No real downsides to report from my side.

Super easy to use, i love it! and the whole setup feels really well structured. Everything is laid out clearly and using it day to day is genuinely effortless.

Cons

The only thing I'd tweak is the monthly timesheet, there are a few enhancements that could make it even better.
