From my experience Workday HCM scales really well so I find it a great fit for organizations of any size as it grows alongside the company and adjusts to evolving needs without causing major disruptions.

I have noticed that tailoring Workday HCM to meet very specific organizational requirements can be pretty complicated and often needs technical know-how. its flexibility is valuable but that same adaptability can make setup and configuration quite difficult.

App doesn't match up to the PC version. It isn't able to show all the same information so I end up having to rely on the desktop when I need the full view.

Getting this HCM set up and implemented takes more effort than expected and the process can be drawn out. I've also run into support delays and occasional slower response times particularly when things are busy and more people are reaching out.
