“Efficient reporting”
Pros
Such efficient reporting features plus pretty solid analytics tools make it a strong fit if you need to dig into data and put together useful reports.
Cons
That said, the learning curve is pretty steep at the start and it can feel overwhelming until you get the hang of how everything fits together.

“Good one”
Pros
Being able to connect with Teams for approving time off has been a big win for us. It organizes the whole request-and-approve flow and makes it feel more integrated with how our team already works.
Cons
UI feels a bit dated and a few screens make it tougher than it should be to locate specific items quickly.

“hr systems in one place”
Pros
It lets me bring multiple HR systems together in a single place. It has definitely saved me time by combining our performance and benefits information so I don't have to bounce between different systems.
Cons
I've had to reach out to support a couple of times because new information wasn't saving correctly by the system (it wasn't my mistake). Also, the platform can lag when there are a lot of users active at the same time.

“features are awesome”
Pros
Keeps the company running smoothly since it covers the core HR functions in a convenient way. The mobile accessibility is also pretty good so I can handle HR tasks on the go. If your organization needs an HR solution to manage day to day work efficiently, I'd recommend it.
Cons
A few of the more advanced features require a paid upgrade. Aside from that, everything has been working out well and I'm mostly satisfied.

“Scales well with evolving company needs”
Pros
From my experience Workday HCM scales really well so I find it a great fit for organizations of any size as it grows alongside the company and adjusts to evolving needs without causing major disruptions.
Cons
I have noticed that tailoring Workday HCM to meet very specific organizational requirements can be pretty complicated and often needs technical know-how. its flexibility is valuable but that same adaptability can make setup and configuration quite difficult.

“user friendly”
Pros
Interface feels simple and practical day to day which makes it simpler to navigate. It brings together the key HR functions I need, payroll, benefits, talent management, plus employee self-service, within a single platform instead of juggling multiple tools. I also appreciate that it's fully accessible on mobile so employees can handle tasks and updates on the go.
Cons
Getting this HCM set up and implemented takes more effort than expected and the process can be drawn out. I've also run into support delays and occasional slower response times particularly when things are busy and more people are reaching out.
