For me I find Workday a fantastic place to track my time, keep my goals, view worker history and to find or create reports.
Cons
However when I am downloading specific reports, they can occasionally take as long as 15-20 minutes to finish which is frustrating when I need them right away.

Pros
I can access every feature easily and switch between tasks without any trouble. Also I can create reports and requests all in one place and I also like that it works on mobile devices.
Cons
Sometimes I notice that it isn't particularly fast and I often have to wait for reports to be processed and generated. plus, several features still aren't integrated.

I like that I can access it outside of work. And I like being able to self-service update my profile and account without having to go to an HR person.
Cons
From an end-user perspective, it is very difficult to use. I don't use it every day, and I forget where things are. If they make an update, then I get lost very easily.

What I like most is that I can quickly generate reports in Workday and it's easy to add new job records and employee details.
Cons
It frustrates me that it's somewhat tricky to pull up an employee's full job history. I wish there were a much simpler, more transparent way to view every role and level someone has occupied and the dates for each position throughout their entire tenure with the company.

In my experience Workday is very easy to navigate. I can switch between employee profiles easily or open different tabs to view multiple people at once. Also I do not need to type full names as just a few letters usually brings up what I'm looking for which saves a lot of time.
Cons
I have found that security restrictions can limit usability and make it harder for me to see what I need. If I am moving to Workday, I consider how I set up access so staff can get the information they need easily.

Pros
What I really appreciate about Workday is how user friendly it feels for both administrators and regular users. As someone who manages the system, I value being able to handle things myself whether it's building a new report or tweaking an existing one, I can get it done without having to wait on someone else. When we need to design or adjust a business process or workflow, I am able to set that up too. Another big plus for me is that Workday offers a full suite of integrated products that play nicely together. That single sign-on experience helps reduce system fatigue for employees since they can view their payslip, update their home address, post a job for recruitment, submit an expense claim or complete mandatory training all from one central place. On top of that, I often turn to Workday Community for practical advice and I search there for best practices and see how other users have resolved similar issues which is incredibly helpful.
Cons
There is not much I dislike about it but I will admit it comes with a learning curve and takes a bit of time to get comfortable with its terminology and conventions. Occasionally I wish the system felt a bit more user friendly in certain areas and there are moments when navigating unfamiliar features can be slower than I'd like.

I have found the tool incredibly easy to get around and it automates even the little day to day tasks such as things like submitting leave requests, routing approvals, tracking holidays, storing employee details and more everything kept in one place so it's simple to monitor those specifics. I also really appreciate the org chart in Workday because it makes the company's structure clear which is especially helpful when you're a new hire.
Cons
Every so often I have had to sign in repeatedly because my session wouldn't stay active which is a small irritation in the grand scheme of things but still an annoyance when I am trying to get work done quickly.

What I like is the clean, user friendly interface as it makes it fast and simple to pull up my timesheet and log hours. I also really value being able to enter time in bulk instead of doing it day by day and it's convenient to check remaining PTO and quickly confirm which benefits I am signed up for.
Cons
I don't tend to use the Directory or the Reports sections so those parts aren't useful to me personally. Beyond that, I cannot think of anything I actively dislike about the system.

Accessing all my benefits and the details about my role at Bright Horizons has generally been easy and I can reach them from different devices without much trouble. Plus the layout of the interface makes it simple to follow instructions when a manager asks me to look something up, even if they're explaining it to me over the phone which I like.
Cons
I have run into intermittent loading problems while using it during my regular work hours which can be frustrating. Lately and especially during the pandemic, logging in sometimes fails or becomes very slow. I suspect this is partly because many users are trying to access the system at the same time which leads to freezing or lag. Fixing that would make it a lot smoother to get my tasks done.

Workday has proved extremely useful. I really appreciate how it gives us control over hours and daily tasks which makes many parts of our work much simpler. It keeps employee information organized and up-to-date and it helps with payroll management and tracking employee time off without creating extra hassle. I also like that Workday allows you to create customized reports and I think that functionality is exactly what any HR area needs to operate effectively and carry out its duties.
Cons
I find the interface a bit unattractive and not particularly easy on the eyes. it would be nice if they made it more visually appealing for users. At times I get confused when signing into my account although I know that's partly down to getting used to it. On the plus side, the security seems good and I really appreciate that aspect a lot.
