“Has a dated UI”
Pros
I really appreciated that it lets supervisors choose how they want to check in with their subordinates, along with support for timekeeping in general. It feels a lot like ADP but it seems to require more hands-on active use, less of the "set it and forget it" vibe you might get with ADP.
Cons
As per my experience, it's harder to locate the features you need. There are also frequent updates that keep rearranging things so instead of a clean, consistent UI/UX experience, you end up spending extra time figuring out where everything moved.

“real-time accuracy”
Pros
The information shows up accurately and updates in real time so it's dependable. Accessing everything is generally simple and the navigation feels pretty smooth.
Cons
Biggest issue people mention, along with what I've noticed too, is inconsistent login behavior which can be frustrating when you're trying to get in.

“All-in-one HR and reporting”
Pros
Basically, its a one-stop tool for everything, handling absences, payroll, performance reviews, learning tracking, team management and reporting all in one place.
Cons
It'd be even better if it had integrations with other timesheet/HR tools like Clarizen and Beeline since that would make vacation and time-off reconciliation more automated and less manual for employees.

“reliable payroll”
Pros
Has been a friendly human capital management platform for organizing our payroll management workflows. The overall experience is simple and dependable and the reporting tools are especially solid. Reporting feels accurate and consistent when we need to pull data quickly.
Cons
No real problems have come up for me while using. It's been impressive and simple to work with.

“Supports accurate reporting”
Pros
I think its a serious, enterprise-grade HR platform that's actually built to handle big organizations. It's dependable in day to day use and the overall setup matches the needs of companies with more complex HR and workforce requirements.
Cons
Everything is structured and locked down well, too. With employee data, payroll and core HR processes kept in one place, internal workflows tend to stay consistent and run more efficiently. Reporting is another standout, those tools are strong and cover what you need.

“Fantastic payroll automation”
Pros
Creating a unified system is the best part-HR, benefits, talent management and IT all live in one platform. Employees can submit time-off requests, access pay slips and view other benefits without bouncing between tools. Coworkers also mentioned the mobile experience works well. Also, it automates a lot of workflows and cuts down manual effort, including payroll automation and approval flows, plus it provides reporting and analytics for better workplace insights.
Cons
Setup feels most worthwhile for larger organizations, smaller companies may find the pricing a bit steep. The interface is readable but configuration and customization can get complicated and typically needs training. A few screens felt a little dated and some simple tasks were harder to find than expected because they're tucked away across several menus.

“Its great”
Pros
This feels pretty simple to use and it's also one of the more widely used recruitment/HR tools out there. It brings a lot to the table, ranging from payroll management to keeping employee records organized. There's simply plenty of functionality packed into it.
Cons
One pain point is that their team occasionally has full-day unavailability on some weekends which makes it tough to rely on during weekend hours.

“not really satisfied”
Pros
It comes across as a pretty efficient platform, with well-designed features and a polished look and feel. The virtual sandbox for testing updates before they go live was also a really useful part of the setup since it made it easier to validate changes ahead of time.
Cons
In our situation, customer support had to be handled through an outside third party because we weren't large enough to receive support directly through it. That partner relied on a case-based system and even though we were able to set a priority level based on our needs, they sometimes downgraded the priority on their end... resulting in longer delays when we had urgent issues.

“good overall performance”
Pros
Feels like a fully featured HR suite, with solid functionality across payroll, benefits, time tracking and reporting. The way it keeps data centralized and turns it into analytics is genuinely impressive and it looks designed specifically for larger, more complicated organizations.
Cons
There's a learning curve since the platform is fairly complex and it really depends on getting the setup and training right. If you're new, you wont find it very adaptive when youre first onboarded which can slow things down at the start.

Pros
Using this has been simple and really simple to understand so even older clients can jump in without running into issues. It's honestly become my go-to and I keep recommending it.
Cons
Genuinely, there is nothing negative I can point out. It's an amazing program and I don't have any complaints at all.

“excellent onboarding task management”
Pros
After joining a new company, it turned out to be excellent for handling onboarding tasks. The requirements are clearly itemized and they refresh quickly as soon as you complete each step which really helps me stay focused during a busy onboarding period.
Cons
I'm still running into some issues when using the organizational chart/tree lookup feature. Some training videos for this (and a few other functions) would make a big difference.

“Simplifies team management”
Pros
Over the years I have used Workday both as a people manager for several years and as an individual employee and it functions really well from both angles. As a manager it simplified overseeing my team, locating employee details quickly, posting updates, directing staff to the correct resources and managing items like time-off approvals and hiring all within one centralized system. It cut down a lot of back and forth and kept everything very neatly organized.
Cons
I do not have many negatives to mention. Since the platform has so many features some simple tasks can feel a bit complicated but I see that as the trade-off for using a powerful, all in one HCM system.

“best time-tracking and benefits tools”
Pros
The time-tracking and benefits tools are the best and I use them every single workday. The good thing is that they are quite easy to navigate and operate than before. So I'd definitely recommend them to others.
Cons
Some of the other modules do not connect as well with our internal systems as they used to which is a bit disappointing though not a major issue.

“daily time tracking is good”
Pros
I use the time tracking and benefits features every day and they've steadily gotten simpler to use. Overall, it feels dependable for routine work and I'd recommend it to others without hesitation.
Cons
A few of the other features don't integrate as smoothly with our internal systems anymore which is a little disappointing. That said, it hasn't been a dealbreaker for me since the core tools I rely on still work well.

Pros
Still a strong tool for HR tracking.. especially for training tracking, managing the new hire and interview process and handling salary payments.

“Powerful brings HR payroll together”
Pros
Workday is a powerful tool. It brings HR, payroll and employee records together in a single platform. Also it is dependable and secure and it copes well with complicated employee data. For larger organizations it delivers powerful reporting and keeps HR processes consistent.
Cons
It is not the best for daily use as the interface feels complex and routine tasks often take too many steps. For a solo founder or small team, it's overkill. As it is more than needed, can slow things down and is inflexible.
