“simplifies time off requests”
Pros
It is really easy to request time off and clock in and out during the day. Also it is easy to view my timesheets and submit them when needed.
Cons
Honestly I am pretty happy with the program overall. So nothing major to complain about. But yes I do get tripped up sometimes when our boss blocks out certain times though.

“Main app for HR activities”
Pros
I still use it to manage pay and performance reviews. It's my main application for HR activities.
Cons
In my view the application can sometimes be a bit laggy and when I am unfamiliar navigation becomes difficult.

“great since 2019”
Pros
When I first used Workday in 2019 I quickly saw how powerful it is and how easy it makes accessing and tracking my employment info. Also I really like that I can check my own and my teams leave balances, time-off plans, pay details and job history plus many other things. The search feature is a lifesaver. Whenever I am not sure where something is, I just type it in and it takes me right there.
Cons
Getting comfortable with it takes patience and a willingness to explore as it has a lot more features than you might expect at first. At first I struggled to find my way around but once I understood how the different parts connected navigating and trying out features became much easier.

“I rely on it”
Pros
First i got to know about this tool in 2019 when I joined my current employer and it didn't take long to see how strong the platform is. It makes it very simple to access and monitor my personal employment information. I especially value the ability to check my own and my direct reports' absence balances, vacation plans, compensation details and employment history, plus a bunch of other tools. The built in Search is a huge help as well, when I'm not sure where something is located, it brings me to the right section immediately.
Cons
Using it takes some patience and genuine curiosity since it includes way more features than most people expect at first. Early on, navigation tripped me up a bit but once I grasped how the different sections connect, it got a lot easier to move around and start exploring. I'm sure there are still parts I haven't fully dug into yet though overall I appreciate that it keeps up with changing business needs and adapts to ongoing shifts in the industry.

“Has potential”
Pros
The app feels simple for requesting time off, as well as clocking in and out for the day. Time sheets are quick to bring up and submit which saves a lot of hassle.
Cons
Nothing major to complain about, overall I'm pretty satisfied. The only hiccup is that the blocked-out times set by my boss can be a bit confusing at times.

“Solid pay and performance reviews”
Pros
Keeps things running for pay and performance reviews and it serves as the core application for managing HR activities. Having one main system for those workflows makes it simple to handle Human Resources tasks without bouncing between tools.
Cons
Every now and then it can feel a little laggy and if someone isn't familiar with the interface, navigating through it can be a bit challenging.

“Everything needed is here”
Pros
Everything is in one place. Plus I like being able to view my payslip, update direct deposit and request time off all in the same app. The mobile app works well too for quick daily tasks.
Cons
The interface feels glitchy and I often have to click through too many steps to do simple things. Plus tasks like finding tax documents or the Learning module are buried in deep menus and the internal recruiting section seems inflexible.

“my review...”
Pros
Having everything in one place is a big win. I can review my payslip, change my direct deposit details and submit a time-off request from the same app which saves a lot of back-and-forth. The mobile experience is solid too, enough polish for handling quick tasks without feeling like a chore.
Cons
User interface feels a bit dated and it takes way too many taps/clicks to reach the simplest screens. Things that should be simple, like locating my tax documents or jumping through the Learning module, end up hidden behind several layers of sub-menus. The internal recruiting section for applications also feels pretty stiff making the process less flexible than it should be.

Pros
It ran well and the interface is user friendly. I think this solution would be valuable for anyone working with workforce management software.

“One of a kind integrated suite”
Pros
Workday feels like a one of a kind software suite unlike anything I have used before. It acts as a single, integrated platform that consolidates numerous business needs. Everything from internal opportunities and position listings to employee referral tracking and other company data.
Cons
Well I find it overloaded with features maybe too much. And sometimes the site or app feels overwhelming and navigating through all the content can be confusing and slow me down.

“solid performance”
Pros
Genuinely, it feels different from other tools I've used. It's an all-in-one platform that brings a bunch of business needs into one place, including internal roles and opportunities, employee referrals and extra company information.
Cons
With all the features it offers, there are times it feels like there's simply too much packed in. The site/app can get overwhelming and navigating through all that content isn't always simple.

“User-friendly with problems addressed”
Pros
It is user friendly and easy to use. Also it includes everything I need for HR processes and related software functions and although I ran into a few problems, they were ultimately addressed and fixed.
Cons
At times I feel other platforms provide a better user experience. As the backend configuration was a bit challenging initially though it became much more manageable after I worked through the setup.

“I liked it”
Pros
It's simple and feels adaptive to use. Everything we needed for HR processes and day to day software support is already built in. We did run into a few problems along the way but they were handled and sorted out eventually.
Cons
Compared with some other HR tools, the overall user experience can feel a bit less polished. Getting things configured in the backend took a little work at the start though once it was set up properly, everything ran smoothly.

“Hands down HR go-to choice”
Pros
The standout thing about Workday is how user friendly and easy it is to navigate. It really simplifies handling time off and leave as everything is automated so requesting days off and seeing my remaining balance is not a problem anymore. I also find it suitable for updating personal info and checking contract details. Overall using it feels hassle-free and efficient and it genuinely improves the day to day employee experience at my organization. Overall it is hands down my go-to for anything HR-related.
Cons
I honestly cannot find anything I dislike about it. As it provides all the features we need and feels worth the cost. In my experience it delivers real value for the price and covers everything our team relies on.

“my experience was great”
Pros
The best part, in my view, is how simple it feels to use, everything is laid out in a way that's very user friendly. It noticeably helps with time off and leave management. Requesting leave days is simple and you can quickly see how many leave days you still have left. Also, it makes it easier to keep track of personal details and manage contracts without a hassle. Overall, Workday consistently delivers a strong employee experience.
Cons
No complaints from me, it covers everything we need and delivers good value for money.

“Awkward interface needs redesign”
Pros
This tool can be a bit tricky to use day to day but I can see why large companies would choose it as it's built for enterprise-level needs.
Cons
The workflow seems unmanageable to me and the pages along with assessments and task screens are hard to read and awkward to use. So I'd strongly suggest making the interface much more user friendly.

Pros
Using this tool has been pretty frustrating for me personally even though it seems like something bigger organizations would be able to use more effectively.
Cons
The workflow feels hard to navigate and the journey sections plus the assessments and tasks are awkward to read and use. Turning the tool into something more adaptive would make a big difference.
