“highly customizable”
Pros
Interface is user-friendly and the system is highly adaptable and customizable. It also integrates well with ERP platforms and offers strong reporting capabilities.
Cons
It seems to be geared mostly toward larger companies. Also, getting a quote or additional information for a local company in Latin America has been a bit difficult.

“benefits all in one place”
Pros
Having all our benefits in one central place makes the system very user-friendly and the way the program is structured during setup helps prevent errors from happening.
Cons
The only issue I've run into was while configuring more complex benefits especially when choosing one option would cancel out another. I was able to work through it in the end.

“so good”
Pros
Workday has been a really good applicant tracking system for our staffing needs overall and I've been very satisfied with it. Their customer service has also been quite dependable and whenever questions come up, the team usually gets back to us pretty quickly.
Cons
Biggest downside is the limited customization. We'd really like more flexibility to adjust some of the tiles and tailor certain parts of the system to better fit the way we work.

“helpful 24/7 HR access”
Pros
After the initial learning curve, it becomes very simple to use. I really appreciate that employees can access HR and payroll information or issues anytime, 24/7.
Cons
It does take a bit of time to get comfortable with it especially for people who aren't very computer-savvy. It would also help if the system did a better job directing people to the correct section after they make a mistake.

“easy access”
Pros
Everything feels well organized and very user-friendly. Whenever I need to look up something specific, it's quick to locate and all employees can access their information without any hassle.
Cons
At times, information entered into the system takes a bit longer than expected to sync. There can also be a wait when opening documents since the request takes some time before they show up in the inbox.

“best results”
Pros
An incredible platform especially for a large company with employees spread across multiple provinces and countries. The customer service and project management are top-notch and the reporting is both simple and extensive.
Cons
For a small to mid-sized company, everything Workday offers can feel like far more than you need. It can end up slowing things down and making everyday tasks more complicated.

“keeps everything moving”
Pros
WorkDay has been excellent across the board. Everyone enjoys using it and it helps the workday move along quickly without a lot of hassle.
Cons
I honestly don't have any complaints about it. The software is user-friendly and reliable, without random crashes or shutdowns when it's needed.

“Excellent tool”
Pros
Having everything in one place is really helpful. I can check my hours for the week, see the total time I've worked and put in time-off requests while also tracking whether they've been approved. It's much less of a hassle than having to go through management for those things.
Cons
We recently switched over from using a punch clock and this setup takes more time since I have to log into a computer just to clock in for work.

“not that great”
Pros
The task completion templates ended up being really helpful. After I got the dashboard fully set up, it became much easier to move around and the UI had a polished, pleasant feel. The system feels organized overall and seems to work best for companies that have a dedicated HRIS person or team managing it. It covers the full process end to end and includes a wide range of features.
Cons
Getting started with it can be pretty overwhelming especially at the beginning. There are also a lot of clicks that feel unnecessary and at times the navigation seems to send you in circles. The implementation process was fairly rocky because there were so many questions and a lot of confusion throughout. Looking back, we probably also could have handled change management better.

“well-organized self-service portal”
Pros
Employees can check and update their own information with this tool which makes it really useful. Everything is neatly divided into sections and managed well so it's simple to navigate.
Cons
One thing missing is email reminders for pending tasks. Since this isn't the kind of portal people log into every day, adding that feature would be really helpful.

“payroll access made simple”
Pros
Having all payslips collected in one place is really useful and it makes checking payroll details from different years and pay periods very convenient. Since it's web-based, I can get to it from anywhere and the adaptive interface works nicely on mobile devices as well. Access is simple and the integration with the company's single sign-on setup is a big plus.
Cons
Printing a payslip is more awkward than it should be because the document is created in the background instead of appearing right away. Rather than showing it immediately, the system sends a notification in the Workday interface once the PDF is ready to download or print. The frustrating part is that every generated file uses the same filename. So if you want to download all your payslips for a full year, you end up having to manually rename 26 separate files just so you can tell them apart later.

“simple UI”
Pros
Right away, the system feels simple to use and the interface is very adaptive. If you're moving over from a legacy platform, there can be a bit of an adjustment at first but overall it's fast and responsive. One of the best parts is that employees can update their own information without needing someone else to do it. It also works really well as a place for staff to manage and view vacation balances and scheduled time off.
Cons
The price runs a little high. Setting up the back end also took some time even though that does come with the benefit of better customization. Now and then, it can also feel like you're going in circles when trying to track down something specific.

“clean design”
Pros
One thing I appreciate most about this product is its minimalist design. It has a clean look and the overall user experience feels very smooth. Everything runs incredibly fast and the mobile experience is excellent as well. The responsive web design also makes it convenient to use and view from anywhere.
Cons
Honestly do not have any major complaints. If anything, it may be a bit pricey for small and medium-sized companies so that is something they could possibly reconsider.

“organized data handling”
Pros
Best part of this software is how well it handles large amounts of data while keeping everything organized instead of cluttered. It makes information easy to locate and use later and it does a solid job of managing the different kinds of employee-related data and tasks.
Cons
At times, it seems like there may be an issue with the encryption or possibly the platform it was built on because the system will occasionally throw errors or freeze. Improving that would definitely make the overall solution better.

“a lifesaver”
Pros
Having benefits, payroll and time tracking all together in one place is a huge plus. As both an employee and a people manager, this tool makes the administrative side of those roles much simpler and takes a lot of the hassle out of day-to-day tasks.
Cons
Time-off tracking would be a lot more useful if it connected with group calendars or offered a clearer team-wide view. It would help if everyone in a team or across the organization could easily see planned time off for their direct reports and other team members.

“perfect for our team”
Pros
Everything is kept in one place with this software, from pay and PTO to vacation time and benefits which makes it really convenient to use. The layout is simple, the icons are clear and just about anyone can jump in and understand how it works without much effort.
Cons
Information in this tool would show up late or not update right away. It also feels like the platform is lacking when it comes to keeping people engaged.
