Pros
What keeps me using Xero most is how it brings bookkeeping, automated reconciliation and user friendly invoicing together in one place.
Cons
The pricing is a bit on the higher side and some of the more advanced reports are only available through third-party add-ons. On top of that the onboarding and adaptation process can be hard for people who are not experienced with accounting software.

Cons

Managing project finances has been much better with Xero because its budgeting features help us assign and control resources without any hassle. The financial reports are detailed and give us a clear view of how funds are being used. Its analytics are also very strong, offering accurate insights that help us track the overall financial health of the business. On top of that the security tools are reliable and keep all of our financial data fully protected.
Cons
We honestly haven't run into any problems with it. It has been performing perfectly for us and we haven't noticed any drawbacks at all.

Pros
The bank feed is a strong foundation which makes the data feel dependable. The feature set is good rather than outstanding but honestly that works well enough. It strikes a nice balance between usability and functionality so it does what I need without feeling overcomplicated.
Cons
The recent pricing increases are hard to justify especially when payroll is involved. It used to offer a payroll-only option at around $15 a month but now the 2 person payroll plan is $90 a month and it seems likely it could go up again next year. There are also a few quirks that should be simple to fix but still haven't been addressed. They don't seem as responsive to these quality-of-life improvements as they were early on which is like the usual big-company not my job inertia taking over.

This tool is easy to work with, has plenty of features and the layout is clean and easy to follow. It also gives the impression that the product is actively being invested in and regularly improved.
Cons
One thing missing is a proper log of the emails or reminders that have been sent. You can check the date and time in the notes but you cannot see the actual message content. The mobile app is useful to have although it feels like a much more limited version of the full experience.
