Pros
It is easy to use and it makes managing finances much less intimidating especially if you are not an accountant. The layout is also user friendly and whenever new updates come out, Xero puts out training videos that help users get up to speed quickly. One of the biggest advantages is how well it connects with other software. Things like quotes and invoices can flow into Xero automatically which cuts down manual work, saves time and keeps processes moving efficiently. All in all it delivers a practical, stress-free accounting experience for businesses that want a connected and efficient solution.
Cons
When a transaction gets allocated incorrectly, it can be a bit difficult to find it again and correct the error.

Clean interface, great visibility into accounts and smooth integration with our ERP system. It's also user friendly overall.
Cons
The Excel export is capped at 500 lines which makes it hard to pull larger data sets for analysis. The website also goes down several times throughout the year.

Pros
The trend insights and reporting have been really useful. I also appreciate the paperless recordkeeping, the dashboard with key performance metrics and the way it connects well with other apps and software. Those features add a lot of value.
Cons
At times there are a few bugs and it can occasionally crash although I am not sure that will be an issue for everyone. Phone support also feels a little limited. Still, neither of those points has been enough to make me want to stop using it.

Pros
Running invoicing in my wiring department has become much more organized with Xero and it takes virtually no manual work to get everything done.
Cons
Even though I do not use it very often, I can hardly point to anything on my side that feels like a real downside.

One thing that really stands out with Xero is how strong the support resources are. They keep customers informed with regular communication about product updates and new features which is genuinely useful. The system is simple to use and with the on-screen help plus the Xero Central support feature, assistance is never far away.
Cons
That said it is not really built to suit manufacturing businesses and falls short when it comes to stock management. Bigger companies may end up needing a more scalable platform that also includes inventory control and offline access.

Cons

Cons

Working with it is very easy and it's actually quite hard to make mistakes. The software is modern in its approach and keeps evolving with current needs. Even the clients we've trained were able to grasp the basics after only two or three sessions.
Cons
Making corrections can be challenging although that does help prevent cover-ups and intentional fraud.
