What Is Lexia Analytics?
Lexia Analytics provides a cloud-based Revenue Growth Management (RGM) platform—LexiaStudio—designed specifically for consumer goods brands that sell their products through distributors or across fragmented retail markets. It helps these companies plan, monitor, and improve their trade promotions, the discounts, offers, and incentives brands give to retailers to boost product sales. In many markets, especially where products are sold through thousands of small shops, it’s hard to know if a promotion is working.
Lexia solves this problem by collecting and analyzing real sales and promotional data, giving brands a clear picture of what is happening on the ground. It does this through powerful, data-driven modules and integrations that turn scattered data into real, actionable insights.

Lexia Analytics Features
Trade Promotion Management (TPM)
LexiaStudio’s TPM module supports the full lifecycle of promotional activities—budget planning, approvals, execution, claim settlement, accrual accounting, and performance evaluation. This structure gives brands full visibility and control over their trade spend, cutting out manual processes and ensuring every promo dollar is accounted for.
Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO)
Built on top of TPM, the TPO module adds advanced modeling tools. You can simulate promotion outcomes in detail (from gross sales to net profit), benchmark against historical campaigns, and generate custom reports. That means teams can make data-backed decisions before running promotions and improve their effectiveness over time.
Profitablity Cube
This feature provides outlet-level and SKU-level profitability analysis. It transforms complex datasets into clear financial insights, helping identify top-performing products, customers, or channels. With these insights, brands can fine-tune trade spend and maximize ROI on every campaign.
Advanced Pricing And Optimization Strategies
Beyond managing promotions, the software includes sophisticated pricing and optimization tools—designed to help brands fine-tune trade terms and pricing tactics. With this module, teams can model ‘what-if’ scenarios, simulate different discount levels, and build strategic pricing across portfolios. This helps companies maximize ROI, respond to competitor pricing, and align pricing tactics with market behavior—whether in traditional or emerging sectors.
Price Scout
Lexia Analytics features ‘Price Scout,’ its continuous competitor-price monitoring tool. It gathers live and historical pricing data at SKU, brand, and category levels—providing instant insights into market changes. With features like email alerts for key price shifts, it enables brands to stay competitive, react fast, and capitalize on pricing opportunities.
