“interactive visuals”
Pros
Pulling information together from multiple data sources is one of the best parts and it lets you turn all of that data into really attractive visual charts. The interactivity is also a big plus since end users can click through and narrow the view down to the exact type of data they want to explore.
Cons
It does come with a fairly long training phase at the beginning but once you understand the basics, the rest starts falling into place and makes a lot more sense.

“engaging dashboards”
Pros
Has a very user friendly interface. The layout feels accessible so it's approachable for people with different levels of technical knowledge. It also does an excellent job with interactive visualizations making dashboards and reports much more engaging to use. On top of that the reports are highly customizable which makes it simple to adjust them based on specific business or user needs.
Cons
A downside is that it depends quite a bit on the Microsoft ecosystem since it works best when paired with Microsoft products and services.

“confusing setup”
Pros
Connecting it to existing datasets in the Microsoft ecosystem and outside sources like SQL Server is pretty easy. The reports are also highly customizable so you can present the information in whatever format works best for your needs.
Cons
Getting everything to display correctly can be really confusing and challenging at times despite how customizable everything is. There are also bugs that sometimes cause dataset tables to show inaccurate or incomplete information.

“helpful insights”
Pros
Using it day to day makes it simple to pull up store information whenever needed. It also lets us compare current numbers with the previous year and spot trends more clearly.
Cons
The charts could be more readable. The x- and y-axes are often not labeled so if someone is viewing a chart without already knowing what data it shows, it can be confusing.

“Efficient dashboards for revenue tracking”
Pros
Every day, we rely on this application to monitor our revenue metrics and it does a really solid job. The data visualizations are highly insightful across segments and accounts and it connects well with our CRM. Exporting reports and using bookmarks are also really valuable features.
Cons
One thing that could make it even better is reducing the amount of troubleshooting needed for data connection issues. At times, admins have to spend quite a while identifying the root cause of underlying data problems.

“Strong integrations”
Pros
Works really well as a self service analytics and reporting platform especially for average business users who are not very technical. The desktop app and online service make it convenient to pull data, transform it and build visualizations from different file types and the built in Power Platform integrations add a lot of value. The AppSource marketplace in the web service is packed with useful apps and templates that make dashboard creation faster and more polished. Its navigation is organized in a way that makes connecting with other Microsoft products, such as Azure SQL Database, virtual machines and Fabric services for data science and warehousing, feel very natural. On top of that the community forums and tutorials are genuinely helpful whether someone is just getting started or already has experience.
Cons
Permission management can get a little complicated when there are lots of users and different report access levels to handle within the same team or department. The growing number of interface options can also feel a bit overwhelming at times.

Pros
It stands out for its features that makes the whole data analysis workflow more efficient, from bringing data together to building visualizations and using advanced analytics. The interface feels user friendly, it supports a wide range of data connections and its strong capabilities help users uncover meaningful insights and make informed, data-driven decisions with confidence.
Cons
Although it provides a wide range of capabilities, the pricing model can be a bit complicated and certain advanced features come with extra licensing requirements. That can make access more difficult for smaller organizations or individual users.
