“custom dashboards”
Pros
Building customizable dashboards is simple and it integrates well with many ERP systems.
Cons
Has a bit of a learning curve for new users and getting comfortable with it takes quite a bit of training. Importing data can also be time-consuming and exporting it to Excel in the same way it appears on screen isn't very convenient.

“Interactive dashboards”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about Power BI is its strong data visualization capabilities, interactive dashboards, simple way of sharing insights and how well it connects with Microsoft Office tools like Excel.
Cons
That said, what I like least is how much it depends on the Microsoft Office ecosystem, along with some limits in data transformation and the fact that it can become quite slow when working with very large datasets.

“Very user friendly”
Pros
Making decisions based on data has become much more practical. It's a very user friendly, feature packed and powerful self service visualization platform and honestly one of the best tools I've used for this kind of work.
Cons
It's hard to say anything negative about a tool this impressive. If anything, I only wish I had started using it back when it was first launched.

“Broad data connectivity”
Pros
Works with almost any data source I need, whether that's Excel files, Access or SQL Server databases. I can also create customized fields and automatic calculated columns which saves a lot of manual work. Building visuals is very convenient too since I can drag and drop data into different chart types. On top of that the filters make it simple to adjust the scope of the analysis whenever needed.
Cons
A downside is that only the Desktop version is free, while the Enterprise edition which is built for collaborative work environments, comes at a high cost.

“Solid dashboards for data analysis”
Pros
Power BI has been an excellent tool for organizing and analyzing data. It lets us connect multiple data sources and build dashboards that make it much easier to monitor and understand the company's activity.
Cons
The main downsides are the setup and configuration in the portal, along with the cost involved in more integrated installations.

“reliable reporting”
Pros
Getting quick, dependable information for financial reporting is where its really helped us. Exporting the data is fast and it only takes a few minor adjustments before we can use it. The interface also feels very user friendly so I can get what I need without wasting time.
Cons
I really don't have any major complaints. If I had to point out one thing, it would be that the data is usually a day behind instead of being live. That said, this seems to be a fairly common limitation with most financial reporting software.

“strong data visualization features”
Pros
Built to help organizations and professionals make informed, data driven decisions, it provides a wide range of tools and capabilities that turn raw data into meaningful, visually engaging insights.
Cons
Using this softwar can require a certain level of technical knowledge especially when connecting to and transforming data from multiple sources. Users who are less familiar with databases and languages like SQL and DAX may run into challenges when building more complex data models.

“affordable analytics”
Pros
One of the biggest benefits is the pricing since it's affordable for small businesses as well as other organizations. The interface is also user friendly which makes it more comfortable to use for people who already work with other Office products.
Cons
If I had to point out a downside, it would be the heavy RAM usage on devices when working with large amounts of data.
