“interactive dashboards and clear visuals”
Pros
Creating interactive and appealing dashboards is one of the best parts of Power BI. The data visualizations are clear which makes the information much easier to understand. It also works well with Excel and SQL Server so sharing data is more convenient. On top of that Power BI supports connections to databases and local files which makes it practical for working with different data sources.
Cons
Getting started can be challenging especially for users who are new to data modeling and report creation. It is not the most user friendly tool for beginners and some initial training is usually needed to learn how to use it properly.

“Versatile visuals”
Pros
Working with this application feels dependable because it supports many different data types and lets us export them without trouble. That makes source changes much easier to handle and gives us confidence to keep using it. On top of that there are plenty of chart, visualization and reporting options available, with lots of room to customize everything the way we need.
Cons
Because it offers so many features, it can get a bit confusing at times. Its a powerful and complex program which means there is a lot to learn and at the same time that depth can make it feel heavy to use.

“a gamechanger for my work”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how much Power BI lets an average power user build their own dashboards and KPIs without needing a lot of technical knowledge. I was able to put together useful, actionable dashboards, KPIs and reports without much prior training and getting meaningful results early on made me want to keep learning and exploring even more.
Cons
Not much to complain about. The only issue I can remember was having some trouble cleaning and transforming certain data but that was probably more due to my lack of training than a problem with the program itself.

“Time saving filters”
Pros
Using dashboards feels very simple when they're set up properly and connected to the right data. The filtering options are especially valuable and it handles them really well. I also appreciate being able to export data to Excel which is useful when I need to work outside the platform. It gives access to information that is both summarized and complete and it also lets you build dashboards that are clear and practical to use.
Cons
Honestly, there isn't much for me to complain about. The only issue I've run into is that it doesn't always manage to display or project a data model successfully, usually because of access permission requirements.

Pros
After using this tool a few times to analyze and visualize data from different sources, I can say the overall user journey feels well designed and the navigation is easy. Our team was able to pull useful insights from different charts and reports which really helped with decision making based on the data. It also works across the web android and iOS apps which makes it convenient to access from different devices.

“An all in one platform for data analysis”
Pros
Microsoft Power BI does a solid job of bringing data together in a presentable way and providing a high level view of business trends and key statistics.

“broad integrations”
Pros
Connecting it to almost any data source is very easy and being able to clean up and prepare the data before loading it into the model makes a big difference. It also allows the creation of dynamic dashboards that make data quick to understand in a simple and effective way.
Cons
One frustrating point is how long it can take for needed updates to be added to the software. Because of that, it's often necessary to rely on alternative methods that demand extra time and learning just to achieve a feature that really should already be built in.

“Love the drag and drop feature”
Pros
Getting started with this tool is pretty simple and installation moves quickly thanks to the way data models are used. Compared with similar products, it takes less time to learn and become comfortable with which has also helped IT professionals from other areas pick it up without much trouble. The drag and drop interface makes building reports and dashboards much more manageable even for users who do not have deep expertise with the platform.
Cons
One issue we keep running into is handling larger data imports in the free version, where a subscription becomes necessary. Exporting reports into standard formats can also be a bit difficult especially when the design includes extra visuals, animations or other customizations. On top of that integrations with some SaaS solutions can occasionally present challenges.

“User friendly interface”
Pros
One of the biggest benefits of this tool is its drag and drop functionality which makes report building much more convenient. The interface is user friendly and sharing published data with team members is simple. It also works well with multiple data sources such as Excel, SQL and CSV.
Cons
At times, Power BI can be slow when loading data. There is also a 2GB limit for uploading data at one time. On top of that creating advanced-level reports requires a certain level of technical knowledge.
