One thing I really appreciate is how dependable and accessible the customer support team is, with staff who are consistently professional and ready to help whenever assistance is needed. It also makes use of modern data analysis technology, including artificial intelligence which helps ensure even small details in the data are captured. On top of that the advanced security features give me confidence that both the data and the insights remain protected and safe from leakage.

After using this platform for quite some time, I can honestly say it has been working very well for me. At this point, I do not have any specific complaints or features I dislike.

What I enjoy most about this application is how it presents information in different ways, whether through charts or dashboards. It can take longer to process when working with very large volumes of data. The interface can also feel a bit cluttered, with many option icons that make navigation kind of complicated.

A few features really should be included at no extra cost for all Mircosoft 365 license holders since that would make it much easier to roll out across the whole company.

You still need some time to get familiar with the features and the tool overall. Also, when updates are needed, they have to be done in the application and then republished since it's not possible to make those changes directly online.

This software has been very useful for our needs around data analysis and reporting on key items tied to environmental management on construction sites. The information collected also serves as a reliable reference database for the Olympic Village worksites for the 2024 Games. Its biggest strength, in my view, is the universality of its data processing language.

A downside is that the installation can be quite complex.
