The interface feels polished and the charts look visually appealing when presenting data analysis. It also does a really good job pulling in data from multiple sources and the project view stays well organized which makes it easier to structure everything clearly.

Cons

I'd still like to see more graph customization options and a wider variety of chart types. DAX can take some time to learn and it would be even better if there were more built-in predictive modeling and regression features to support deeper analysis and forecasting.

Something that really stands out is how fast and interactive the data visualizations are, along with the flexibility to pull data from a wide range of different sources.

At times it does lag especially while sharing the screen during an MS Teams call. Aside from that, I'm happy with the rest of the features.

Getting it up and running was one of the biggest advantages for me. It connects really well with multiple data sources like Excel, CRM systems and web analytics so pulling everything together and analyzing cross-platform data doesn't require a complicated setup. The interface looks polished and feels user-friendly which makes it simple to move around the platform and create interactive dashboards with real-time visualizations for tracking campaign results, sales patterns and customer behavior quickly. The reporting is also highly customizable which helps a lot when I need to adjust insights for different audiences, whether that's an internal strategy session with the team or a client presentation. On top of that, the AI-driven insights, strong analytics and forecasting features do a very good job of turning raw information into practical actions that support sales and marketing outcomes especially considering the price. Security is another strong point, with end-to-end encryption and role-based access controls that help keep sales, marketing, customer and other business data protected.

Cons

That said, there is a learning curve at the beginning especially when dealing with more complex datasets. A few of the more advanced features are locked behind the premium plan which can be expensive for smaller teams. I've also noticed that performance can dip and the platform may slow down when working with very large datasets or highly detailed visualizations.

Getting comfortable with DAX does take some time although tools like ChatGPT or Copilot can make that learning process much easier.

On top of that, the visualization tools make it possible to build clear dashboards with charts and graphs which helps a lot when presenting the insights we've gathered.

Things have been going really well with this software and at this point, we honestly do not have any downsides to mention.

On top of that, its data analysis algorithms make deep analytics possible and very effective for our needs.

Up to this point, we really haven't run into any issues with it so there hasn't been anything to dislike.

It has turned out to be an incredibly flexible tool for dashboards and reporting. It's also very simple to use.

One thing we still haven't been able to match is a specific Excel setup with a live-updating spreadsheet and linked graphs. We're still trying to figure out a workaround for that use case.

Being part of the Microsoft ecosystem is a big plus especially with the addition of Services and Automate. It connects really well with other Microsoft tools like Excel and SharePoint which makes everything feel more connected and useful.

Cons

The part I'm not keen on is that you need a work or school email to access the services side of the product. That makes online personal use pretty limiting unless someone sticks to the desktop version instead.

Advanced data modeling can get quite complicated so the learning curve is definitely longer in that area. Other than that, everything else has been fine.

There's a solid range of built-in reports and drill-down options which makes certain tasks really simple and quick to handle.

gap between the desktop app and the online version is annoying. You can't realistically stick to just one because both are required and keeping track of where the latest edit lives becomes a hassle. That's easily the biggest issue. On top of that some basic actions, like searching a table, feel awkward and clunky and there isn't a good out-of-the-box solution for them.
