Its user-friendly interface and the ability to customize workflows to suit specific needs are also key strengths. Their customer service is also outstanding.

Cons

One area that could be improved is the process of sending simpler cases for review. By refining this, we could reduce the number of obvious things needing validation, giving us more time to focus on the more complicated ones as the workload grows.
