“Sales execution is game changer”
Pros
Collective[i] has completely changed the way our sales team works. It automatically captures data from every source we use such as CRM, email, Slack, Teams, Zoom, Gong and more. The AI-powered insights deliver real-time forecasting, deal coaching and next best action recommendations and that has made a noticeable difference in both our pipeline accuracy and overall sales execution. It also fits right into our current tech stack so getting the team onboard was very easy too.
Cons
My only real complaint is that I wish we'd started using it sooner. Since it almost seems too good to be true some of our sellers needed a little time before they fully trusted the AI. Once they saw how accurate the insights were and how much time it actually saved, that hesitation disappeared. The early skepticism quickly gave way to full adoption as they realized how much more productive they could be.
