free plan disappeared

Pros

The AI performs exactly as expected and handles common questions flawlessly which saves me a lot of time during the day. I can also count on the call notifications every time and overall the service itself is genuinely impressive.

Cons

At first they allowed me to create a free account and later I decided to test the professional plan. Once the price went up to $24 a month it just became too costly for my small business so I planned to switch back to the free version. That's when I realized the free plan was listed as "temporarily unavailable." It has been showing that for two months now so it clearly doesn't feel temporary. I'd rather they just be upfront and admit the free version is gone. Ever since the company was apparently acquired by Trivoni Software the free option seems to have vanished. I even emailed support to ask for clarification and they never responded.

pricing needs more flexibility

Pros

While I do think that this tool is a solid option overall, the pricing feels a bit high.

Cons

A longer trial period would help a lot or at least a lower cost monthly plan so smaller teams can try it without such a big upfront commitment.
