Pros
Running customer support through this tool has been a really positive experience. The platform is simple to figure outand both the UI and UX feel polished and well designed. The custom domain option has been a real game changer for us. On top of that the way tickets are organized and how quickly tags can be added has made our workflow much more efficient.
Cons
Overall everything has been good. They're also continuing to roll out more features over time so I have no issues. with it.

Getting started with the tool was easy thanks to the clear onboarding guidance and user friendly setup. The feature set feels very affordable for what's included especially when you look at the active roadmap and ongoing development behind the product.
Cons
It is still growing so a few integrations are missing at the moment and parts of the UI could use some refinement. That said the platform looks polished overall works the way it promises and offers a really compelling value for the price. It's the kind of tool where the return on investment feels hard to ignore.

I was really impressed by how user friendly the tool felt right from the first time I used it and also liked how many useful features it offers. The team is also very responsive to feedback and whenever any technical issues come up they handle them incredibly fast.
Cons
There used to be the occasional problem with text formatting in the widget but that has already been fixed.
