“clean interface”
Pros
Right away the software seems clean and accessible which makes it easy for both technical and non technical teams to work together. The search is powerful and features like category management, version control and analytics make it much easier to keep documentation organized and up to date while also improving the experience for both customers and internal teams.
Cons
A downside is that some of the more advanced customization and editing features feel restricted unless you move up to a higher tier plan. The editor can also be a bit laggy or awkward when handling complex tables or larger documentation sets. Other than that the pricing can feel a little high for smaller teams or startups when compared with other options.

“Strong documentation toolkit”
Pros
Really shines when it comes to building structured, scalable documentation without making the process feel overly complicated. Its category and article hierarchy feels natural so organizing a large amount of content and keeping the knowledge base tidy is pretty easy. The editor also hits a nice middle ground between being simple to use and giving enough control which makes it possible to produce polished technical documentation quickly without needing a lot of heavy customization. The versioning and backup capabilities are particularly valuable. They make it easy to track edits, roll back to earlier versions and work with peace of mind knowing content can be recovered if needed. Having support for multiple documentation versions is also a big plus when different product releases need their own documentation. Another area where it performs well is the portal experience. The interface is clean and approachable for end users and the search works well enough to help people locate content without much friction. Apart from that being able to embed media, use callouts and present information in a clear structure makes it a strong fit for technical writing especially when documenting workflows or systems in a way that stays readable.
Cons
An area where it feels limited is editor flexibility. Although it is user friendly it can be somewhat restrictive when you need advanced formatting or highly customized page layouts. Creating very specific designs or more complex content structures sometimes means relying on workarounds. Search relevance is another weak spot. There are times when the most useful articles do not show up near the top unless the search terms are very exact which can make content harder to find. As the documentation library grows managing everything can start to feel less efficient. Bulk actions, reorganizing categories and moving groups of articles are not always as smooth as they could be. Collaboration could also be better. Real time editing is fairly limited and when several writers are contributing at once it can create version conflicts or require extra coordination. Portal customization is another constraint. Adjusting branding, layout behavior or more advanced UI elements is somewhat limited unless you move to a higher tier plan or use custom code.

“feature packed and accessible”
Pros
From the start the software has been accessible to work with and packed with useful features. It offers strong value for the money, includes a lot of helpful AI capabilities, has solid versioning functions and the interface stays clean and well organized.
Cons
For now I haven't run into any drawbacks. It has covered everything we need so there really aren't any cons for us right now. Everything has been going well.

“Fast editor”
Pros
The tool really hits that sweet spot between being simple to use and still offering the kind of enterprise level functionas you'd expect. The editor feels quick, the portal is accessible and the public facing site already looks polished and professional without much setup.
Cons
There are a few small UI hiccups when moving between different article versions though nothing that actually gets in the way. I'd also love to see more filtering options since that would make things even better.

“powerful content governance”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is the strong admin control and content governance. It gives us a reliable single source of truth and the version control plus rollback options do a lot to keep content accurate and consistent. The customizable workflows have also helped us organize the review process with SMEs much better. On top of that customer support has been very responsive whenever we've needed help.
Cons
The editor itself feels accessible but the broader UI can still be a bit tricky for new team members to get used to so there is definitely some difficulty at first. Mobile optimization also isn't as strong as it should be which makes it less convenient for people who need quick access to information while away from their desks. At times integrations with certain external tools also feel less customizable than we'd ideally want.

“Good docs sharing platform”
Pros
Getting started felt very natural because the interface is user friendly and accessible. It's easy to use and putting together a set of simple documents for our team was quick. I also appreciate that those documents can be shared internally with team members while still linking to an external customer facing webpage.
Cons
Nothing really comes to mind here. The application is very simple to use and there isn't much that feels complicated or likely to cause problems.

Pros
The standout part of the tool is its highly accessible knowledge base portal. It delivers a smooth user experience and makes it incredibly quick to access the information you need.
Cons
Right now I'm mainly focused on setting up our core categories and security roles. At this stage I haven't come across any downsides.

Pros
Has really turned into a complete platform for all our documentation needs and getting everything set up was pretty easy.

A frustration is that the pricing and cost structure seems to change too often. I'd also love to see more flexibility when it comes to API documentation and formatting.

“easy to use”
Pros
Editing organizing and keeping documentation up to date with the software has been really easy! It's a capable platform with plenty of features and it holds up well against tools like Confluence.
Cons
The API documentation side could definitely use some meaningful improvements. I've already shared a few feature suggestions around that area especially when it comes to handling Swagger file workflows.

“centralized knowledge that speeds work”
Pros
Having everything in one place makes creating organizing and sharing knowledge really convenient! It's quick to find the information I need which helps me get work done faster instead of wasting time digging around for answers.
Cons
Something that bothered me was that the interface can feel a little complicated at the beginning and it takes some time to get familiar with all the features. I'd prefer it to be simpler and more accessible.

“Helpful migration”
Pros
Right from the migration phase the team has been supportive, patient and quick to respond to what we needed. They guided us through every stage of the process which helped us be fully ready to launch on schedule. The platform itself is a clear improvement over the system we moved away from and it's also encouraging to see that the ideas we've shared are passed along to the Product team. It's clear those suggestions are being reviewed and taken seriously.
Cons
At times replies to my questions were slower than expected and I sometimes needed to follow up to get confirmation. More product training would have also been useful. We've also had difficulty getting the right support around cookie compliance. The cookies picked up by OneTrust don't seem to match what the team behind this software says is provided and that issue is still under investigation.

“reliable platform”
Pros
It has done a really good job of helping us smooth out content operations without making things feel overly complicated. We needed a platform that could support content reuse, connect with multiple SaaS tools and still offer a user friendly interface and it has delivered on that well. It was also important that people didn't need to be technical writing experts to understand things like content reuse, metadata and dependencies which has definitely been the case for us. Moving over from our previous content setup went well and their team was there throughout the process including making the styling adjustments we requested. The platform is evolving quickly which has been a big plus. The team seems very engaged when it comes to addressing pain points and listening to customer feedback to keep improving the product.
Cons
Any issues or questions we've had have been addressed by their team and they've been helpful overall. There are times when responses take a little longer than expected but every question we've raised has eventually been answered.

“content organization made easy”
Pros
Adding and organizing content in thr software is easy and it gives us plenty of ways to make everything look polished and appealing. Readers can work with the knowledge base without confusion and the search function does a really strong job of helping people find what they need quickly. It has been a big help for our team when it comes to documenting business processes and having a reliable place to go back to whenever someone gets stuck.
Cons
Honestly I do not have any negatives to point out about it. It has become an essential tool for our team and at this point we would not want to work without it.

One thing that really stands out is how incredible the support team is and they keep rolling out new features at a remarkably fast pace. It's also nice to see a strong move toward AI capabilities which has been a big plus.
Cons

“Doesn't work well for me”
Pros
The onboarding specialist has really done everything he can to help with every issue that has come up. He has been consistently available and replies to my emails very quickly.
Cons
As a private solution the platform feels quite restrictive: sign up emails can't be customized, PDF files don't render well and there's no way to create folders. Everything is organized only into categories and articles which makes navigation harder than it should be. On top of that the homepage design choices are extremely limited. The whole design, migration and change process has also been very slow. It has already taken two months and we're still not happy with the outcome. At this point I still haven't been able to fully launch it because it hasn't met our expectations.
