Pros
Having a tool like this makes it simple to build camaraderie with staff. I really appreciate that posts can stay anonymous but you also have the option to tag people when that makes more sense. It's a really useful way to do weekly check ins, see how everyone is doing and look back later to track progress for yourself or the people you manage.
Cons
One thing I'd love to see is support for GIFs or file uploads, just to add a little more personality to the software.
