“fast delivery and scalable platform”
Pros
We reached out to them to find out whether they could help us create a massively scalable version of an existing in house product. After our first meeting to go over the requirements they returned just two weeks later with a fully working application built on their platform! That really showed how flexible their platform is when it comes to customization and also how quickly their team can move while still delivering a high quality solution on a very tight timeline :)
Cons
There were a few challenges around managing extremely high ingress rates well beyond what had originally been expected. Even so the team put in a lot of effort to identify a solution and roll it out into production and the end result met the customer's expectations.

“Positive experience”
Pros
Being able to link a dashboard to a specific machine, controller or sensor in real time without writing any code is a huge advantage. It also lets me create interactions between sensors and set up response trees so I can adjust and personalize workflows between devices as things change.
Cons
It's very approachable for people who are already tech savvy but it still needs more beginner friendly guidance for users who are less familiar with this kind of setup. The platform is extremely powerful and detailed though that same depth can feel a bit overwhelming for some people.
