It enables us to handle unstructured data more efficiently while uncovering fresh insights into our users and their experiences, which ultimately deepens our UX analysis.
Cons
We're still in the process of getting used to the tool, but it's been fairly easy to work with. That said, I think the software could benefit from some visual enhancements for accessibility.

“Excelent annotation tool and team for your data projects”
Pros
This software lets you closely track how your project is progressing and allows for guideline adjustments when necessary. It offers outstanding support for Romance languages and, in my experience, performs far better than the competitors I'm familiar with.
Cons
The tool supports output formats like JSON, but it would be great if it were more flexible, offering delivery in formats that work with Prodigy for reviews and machine learning tests. I'd also love to have a feature where I can leave direct notes for annotators.
