“Dependable video conferences from any location”
Pros
Since most people already know how to use it, getting meetings started is usually pretty easy. As the host I can keep an eye on things and step in when someone forgets to mute or unmute their mic or turn their camera on or off. Screen and media sharing also makes a big difference when meeting with clients who cannot travel or with remote employees because it gives the conversation a much more face to face meeting feel than a phone call ever could.
Cons
The AI summary feature might appeal to some users but to us it seems a little creepy and it hasn't been very accurate so far. Another frustration is that the free version cuts meetings off after 40 minutes which gets annoying fast and usually means one person ends up using a paid account for everyone.

Pros
Ever since I started using it for meetings and collaborative work, Zoom Workplace has proven to be a dependable tool. The audio and video quality are genuinely amazing even when the internet connection is only average.
Cons
Some of the more advanced features are still limited to the paid plans which can be restrictive for small teams working with a tight budget and that seems understandable to me.

Pros
Getting started with it is easy for the average person. Also it includes the features most people expect like screen sharing, chat, reactions, virtual backgrounds and filters, plus the raise hand option. From what I have seen, the video call quality mostly depends on your internet connection and the device you're using but it's decent most of the time. Also it is nice that you can add meeting passcodes for extra privacy.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see improved is more consistent video quality across different devices. Document sharing can also be a bit unreliable at times.
