Using SAC for dashboards and data visualization has been really valuable for us. We're able to benefit from what cloud services offer while still keeping our IT data structure in place. It also helps us share data clearly from senior stakeholders down to operators and the team can view the information and react to it quickly.

Cons

It still comes with some of the usual downsides of cloud services. Setting it up to integrate with data sources outside the platform can get complicated and often requires IT contractors. Since it's still a relatively new product, we've also run into bugs at times and have had to pause the system before to fix those issues.

There is definitely a learning curve at first and it can take some time to get comfortable with everything. It also has a lot of features and we still do not know what some of them are meant to do.
