Pros

What really stands out is how well it connects with a wide range of external apps and APIs, thanks to its strong backend integration capabilities. It also does a really nice job of visualizing data coming from ETL services without needing any manual effort.

Cons

From deployment and external service integration to modeling and data visualization in SAC, I didn't run into any problems at all.

Pros

It's been really helpful for business planning especially with the healthcare BI capabilities. The predictive analytics feature makes it easier to prepare for what's ahead and the data modeling and visualization tools support better decision-making.

Cons

I don't have any major complaints, aside from the fact that there isn't a mobile app available for iOS.

Pros

Creating visualizations in SAC feels easy. It also comes with predictive analytics features which adds a lot of value. On top of that, building reports and dashboards is simple and efficient.

The data visualization feels easy and there are plenty of filtering options to work with. The geo integration was especially impressive and made the data much better to visualize.

The connection with non-IT products could be improved and the UI still feels a bit clumsy which may be confusing for new users.

Right from the start, this platform has been amazing to work with. The part I appreciate most is its live connection with SAP which is extremely valuable since our business depends on real-time data and this platform delivers exactly that. On top of that, features like Smart Insights and the wide range of visualization options help us understand information better and improve the business.

Cons

One thing that could make it even better is adding more Data Warehouse-related features. Those kinds of add-ons could give companies additional support to grow and perform even better.

Being able to handle data preparation on a self-service basis has delivered strong ROI because there's no need to rely on IT support for modeling orchestration or visualization. Having data collection and management together in one integrated cloud setup works really well and is convenient.

Cons

Any time an issue or error comes up, I just reach out to the vendor's success team so at this point I don't really have any current complaints.

Pros

One of the biggest advantages is the strong value it brings when connecting with many different source systems especially IT source systems.

Cons

A major downside is the latency in LATAM which is a serious issue. On top of that, the planning model is still very difficult for end users to understand.

Live data is gathered and displayed in real time and the charts can be customized to match different needs. It's also usable without needing a technical background which makes it approachable for a wide range of users.

At times, there are connectivity problems and I've come across a few bugs. Upgrading to a newer version also isn't a very easy process.

It's easy to use, connects easily with other products in its ecosystem and feels cost-effective. Compared with Tableau, linking it to a database is much simpler.

Cons

There's still room to improve the dashboarding features. An on-premise option should be added and performance needs work when handling large volumes of data since lag is noticeable right now.

Pros

Building stories is very easy for our users and the visual presentation features are a big plus. They can put together and share polished outputs without needing any coding skills which makes the tool very accessible.

Cons

A few parts of the platform especially the AI-style features, don't offer enough variables to properly validate the data. Because of that, smaller sample sizes can end up skewing the results and giving a misleading picture.

Pros

Being able to track each step of a process and verify when it was completed, along with who completed it, is really valuable. The user security is also reassuring. Since no one else has access to my password, I can feel confident that my name will only appear on transactions I actually handled.

Cons

One thing that frustrates me is that pressing the Enter key makes my lines permanent. A lot of the time, that means I have to start over. It would be much better if there were an undo button.

Getting it up and running was fairly easy. Since it's fully cloud-based, there's no software to install and it also connects well with BW.

Cons

The modeling side still needs a bit more refinement. Even small changes can end up forcing a complete rework of the data models.

Running our business with this has been a really positive experience. The interface is very user friendly although it still takes a little time to fully get comfortable with everything.

Using it feels very user-friendly and it makes it simple to create clear, insightful visualizations of key business variables. I can track revenue, cash and sales effectively and I also rely on it for planning and decision support.

One thing worth mentioning is that the options for exporting output in the format I need are somewhat limited.

The integration with BPC works really well and the cloud version makes maintenance much more manageable. Deployment was also easy and quick.

Getting a full grasp of everything it can do takes some time. A better in-app training experience would definitely help.

Using it feels very easy, switching languages is simple and the interface looks excellent with all the essential tools right up front and easy to reach.

A few options feel a bit repetitive when launching a selection although that extra redundancy can still be helpful for beginners.

Pros

Creating purchase orders is much more convenient now. I can generate them directly from an outline agreement in ME33K with suppliers and I'm also able to create purchase orders manually through ME21N when needed.

Cons

It would be better if email approval were built into the system. Also, in production, there's currently no way to get item-wise cost details.
