Superb for handling feedback and performance reviews

Pros

After using it for years, I've seen it grow from a simple Slack app into a really helpful tool for handling feedback and performance reviews. Ongoing tracking is one of the biggest advantages and the weekly reminders help keep everything on track while supporting a more collaborative team culture, almost like having a people and culture partner involved.

Cons

There aren't many downsides though it can occasionally get buried among a lot of Slack messages.

Useful integration with Microsoft Teams and Slack

Pros

Having it connected to Microsoft Teams and Slack makes giving feedback feel like a natural part of the daily routine instead of a separate task. It really helps promote ongoing, constructive conversations rather than limiting feedback to yearly performance reviews. The platform is clean, user-friendly and visually polished which makes it pleasant to use while also supporting a stronger culture of growth across the team. The automated reminders and organized feedback templates also take a lot of effort out of the process.

Cons

Teamble has been very valuable overall but I'd still like to see more flexibility when it comes to customizing the feedback templates.
