“Automates work”
Pros
The whole business model makes a lot of sense to me. It really helps automate work and cut down inefficiencies in customer support and even marketing. The dashboard is very user-friendly when it comes to setting up agents and aligning automation with the way your company already works. Training AI agents also isn't as difficult as it may seem because the interface is user-friendly and the available resources are genuinely helpful. Another thing I really appreciate is the flexibility to connect it with external third-party tools such as your own web application which can be integrated without much trouble. That kind of customization makes it a strong option for scaling over time.
Cons
For enterprise-level needs, I do think it could include more specialized features and more dedicated support. That would be especially valuable since the platform already offers a free trial with full functionality, giving companies the chance to properly evaluate it before making a decision. Even after reaching out to the IT team, I still ran into difficulties when trying to explore and test all of the features.

The chatbot has been a real game-changer for us. It's highly efficient, very customizable and has completely improved the way we handle customer support. Having 24/7 assistance available has made a big difference and the data insights it provides are incredibly valuable as well. I'd definitely give this tool high praise.
