helpful sales insights

Pros

Having conversation summaries and detailed breakdowns built in is really useful. The guidance on where to improve, along with the buy signals it highlights for sales teams, adds a lot of value. When the prompts are written well, the system can return really strong and useful information.

Cons

At times, the platform seems to get confused and ends up not returning any information at all. It also struggles with spelling at times especially with certain accents or names.

fantastic multilingual features

Pros

For most part it does a good job at recording calls across different languages and creating summaries you can go back to later. In my role, where I'm evaluated on qualified meetings, it does a phenomenal job identifying budget, authority, need and timing for my deals.

Cons

Ocassionally, it doesn't join meetings automatically so you have to add it manually. There are also cases where even after adding it yourself, it still doesn't join.

Amazing forecasting boost

Pros

We've just recently begun using this and it's been a really helpful tool for forecasting.

Cons

One downside is that you have to re enter the entire forecast before you can move forward. At times, it would be much better to have a quick submit option instead.

useful call recordings

Pros

Working in a customer facing role means I'm on virtual meetings every day and the recording feature has been incredibly useful. It helps me put together much more accurate notes and brings attention to key points that came up during the conversation. On top of that when I have to miss a call, Wingman recordings are the next best thing and really help me stay updated.

Cons

There's not much for me to complain about, except the transcript feature. Quite often, it doesn't capture the correct words so that part definitely needs improvement to be more reliable.

better insights every time

Pros

Having my calls analyzed and reviewed gives me useful insights into what happened and that helps me improve the next time around.

Cons

I'd really like it to connect directly with my CRM and Salesloft.

great filtered searches

Pros

Keeping up with every sales call just isn't possible so this has been really useful for pulling customer insights together in one place. The filtered searches and keyword tracking make it much easier to see what prospects are saying and which competitors they're weighing us against in the market.

Cons

A limitation is that you can't assign multiple teams to battle cards or remove the battle card category. Since we're a large organization with several teams that need very different competitor intel depending on the product, I'm not completely convinced it's the ideal fit for every enterprise company.

Delivers solid transcripts

Pros

Something I really appreciate is that it records the video together with the call and delivers a very solid transcription. Sharing clips with others is also really convenient.

Cons

The transcription could still be improved a bit since some words come through inaccurately at times.

sales call visibility boost

Pros

One of the biggest benefits has been giving our sales managers the ability to dig into the calls their teams are making and get much better visibility into those conversations.

Cons

At this point, I really don't have any complaints. It feels like a very user friendly tool.

saved us so much time

Pros

It does an excellent job helping our team record calls, analyze them and improve overall efficiency. On top of that it saves us a lot of time by handling all the note taking for us.

Cons

Something that gets frustrating at times is the battle card popping up repeatedly during calls. Other than that, everything has been working really well.

helpful for note taking

Pros

Being able to record calls is fantastic and the automatic notes are incredibly helpful. Even better, whenever a competitor comes up during a conversation, it instantly pulls up the relevant battle card which is a huge advantage.

Cons

At this point, I haven't run into anything I dislike. Everything has been working really well so far.

quick messaging across teams

Pros

I really appreciate how quickly I can verify that our sales team is delivering the right message and keeping it consistent across conversations.

Cons

Only downside is the call recording announcement which feels a bit off putting. It doesn't seem to trigger properly and sometimes starts at random.

fantastic for sales tracking

Pros

This has been a fantastic tool for recording sales calls and staying on top of my sales activity. It helps me organize accounts and get calls set up with prospects and clients quickly which has made moving deals forward and closing them much faster.

Cons

One limitation is that its customization and reporting options are fairly limited. That said, the simple setup and user friendly interface help make up for that. It also includes standout features like automated meeting scheduling and advanced tracking which add a lot of value.

valuable call review insights

Pros

Being able to revisit my calls and my team's conversations has been really valuable. I also appreciate that it shows exactly how long each person talked during the call which makes it much easier to review participation and speaking balance.

Cons

Something I don't like is that it asks the prospect for permission to be recorded.

Organized our work

Pros

Since our Sales and Customer Success teams started using this app, the way we work has become much more organized especially when it comes to reviewing long, hour long calls. It has genuinely changed how we analyze conversations. One feature that stands out as especially useful to me is game tape. It lets you trim long calls into short, focused clips and share them internally with the right people. For example if a customer mentions a feature request during a call, you can quickly cut that specific moment and send it over to the Product managers.

Cons

There are still a few areas where the tool could be better. The transcript accuracy is not always reliable and at times even simple words or sentences are captured incorrectly. The option to jump to the next or previous speaker also needs improvement because it can sometimes take you to the wrong speaker in the recording.

powerful insights

Pros

Getting started was very easy thanks to its user friendly interface. The "Competitor Insights" and "Team Insights" features have been especially useful and I also really appreciate being able to upload call recordings from the software we used before.

Cons

The only downside I've noticed is the volume of onboarding emails they send though some users might actually see that as a helpful thing.

reliable caller ID

Pros

One of the best parts has been how dependable the transcription is especially on calls with a lot of attendees. It also does a really solid job of identifying the right speaker which makes reviewing conversations much more useful.

Cons

At times, the webpage feels a little hard to navigate and somewhat overwhelming but overall I'm very happy with the features it offers.

helpful support

Pros

I really appreciated the customer support as they've been consistently helpful. The interface is clean, pleasant to look at and fairly simple to get around. I also really enjoy the desktop extension especially the option to turn call recording on or off as needed. On top of that the automatic recording for external calls is a very useful feature.

Cons

An area that could use some improvement is the talk to listen ratio. I'm not completely sure whether it takes situations like presentations or deep dives into account since those often require the Sales or CSM person to speak more than the customer.

Solid call coaching

Pros

The dashboard gives a clear view of how many calls were made and the filters by call duration are really useful. We can also sort calls by talk to listen ratio and longest monologue which makes it much easier to spot what needs to be improved in upcoming conversations. I also rely a lot on Game Tapes when training new joiners. It helps them learn how to handle objections, review past calls, understand how to pitch our product to customers and see how we position ourselves. Another feature that works really well is Battlecards especially how they automatically pop up whenever a competitor is mentioned. Overall, Wingman is quick to set up and you can start seeing the impact almost immediately in the way it helps analyze calls and uncover insights.

Cons

Sometimes some dialects are transcribed incorrectly and it becomes noticeable when we go back and review the call recordings. It does not happen often but there is still some room to improve this further.
