“call forwarding that really helps”
Pros
The call forwarding part has been the most useful feature for me. I haven't really used the dialer so I can't say much about that side of the software.
Cons
Taking calls from the office hasn't been very convenient and forwarding calls to other agents is still a challenge. I also don't like how long it takes to accept a forwarded call.

“Reliable call transfers”
Pros
Being able to transfer calls along with the support from their team, has been a really valuable part of using this software.
Cons
One limitation is that I still can't add new users' cell phone numbers.
