excellent client support and management

Pros

The support service from their account services from has been incredible, always replying instantly. Their response time is so quick it makes my ex messages seem like they're sent by carrier pigeon! The Visual Call Flow feature is hands down the best in the market, making everything, from incoming to outgoing calls, much easier.

Cons

The suggestion feature tends to be quite slow. What I mean is adding a feature requires gathering a majority of votes, which can take years or sometimes never happen.

The best phone system our church has ever used

Pros

I love that I could dive right into Telzio without any unnecessary sales calls telling me what I needed. I knew exactly what we wanted just a simple phone system without all the extra features like video calls. We've tried a few providers before and it always felt like the features we needed were locked behind more expensive plans. With Telzio, everything we need is included, and you just pay for the minutes you use, which, by the way, turned out to be much lower than I expected, I was surprised at how little we actually used. Telzio is incredibly user-friendly and works with a wide range of office phones, so most of our old system transferred over seamlessly. I honestly can't recommend it enough!

Cons

The only issue I would point out is the initial fee for setting up the caller ID name and e911. While I didn't mind paying it, it would have been helpful to know upfront that these costs were not included in the original startup price. It would be a good heads up for budgeting purposes.

Wonderful phone system

Pros

Telzio VoIP is a fantastic, featurepacked, reliable and cost-effective system. It works flawlessly, and the cost for adding a DID is very affordable. Their support team is always friendly and knowledgeable.

Cons

The Telzio VOIP system is good overall. However I have found that when you have added all your users and need to delete one (for example, if they leave), the user gets removed entirely. Instead, I just delete their extension number and keep the user account, which is a workaround but makes managing users a bit more tedious.

Very satisfied with our experience with Telzio

Pros

The best feature for us is the ease of setting up Call Flows. Being able to manage users, devices and call handling at such a granular level allows us to direct callers exactly where and when we need them in the best situation.

Cons

The online Telzio calling features could be stronger. A desktop app would be much more beneficial than relying on a web based calling system.

Very reliable and effective

Pros

Telzio has the easiest setup for a VoIP solution I've encountered. It's also highly reliable.

Cons

Pricing is somewhat hard to evaluate initially. It took a while to fully understand the breakdown, but once we did, it was clear that the savings over time made it worth the initial confusion.

Give it a try, you won't regret it

Pros

I really like the pricing structure, where costs are based on minutes instead of users or lines. This has saved us a lot in telephony expenses. It might not suit everyone but it has been very useful for us.

Cons

At first, I thought the mobile app was the weak point but it's been improved significantly over time and is now much more solid.

It is fantastic!!

Pros

Telzio provides a simple and user-friendly experience with an easy setup and configuration. If you need physical phones, they are conveniently shipped to you and all you need is your WiFi password. The phones come preconfigured to your account, making the entire process seamless and efficient!

Cons

It shows great potential and I'm optimistic about its future expansion, particularly regarding integration with thirdparty applications. There's room for growth in its security features for administrators, especially with the lack of Google Single Sign-On (SSO). However it's reassuring to know that a significant update in 2024 plans to address these concerns.

Very Easy and Efficient

Pros

For someone with little experience in VoIP, Telzio is very easy to use and configure. It's also highly adaptable, supporting a variety of devices. I really appreciate it.

Cons

It would be a useful addition if there was a call flow extension that could forward calls directly to an external number, instead of having to register a new user for the same function.

The support team is the best feature of this product. They are the best in my opinion.

Cons

It would be helpful if there were more admin tools available within the mobile app. The app could also use a GUI refresh to make the user experience even better. More administrative capabilities in the app would allow us to manage everything directly from the mobile platform.

Top tier customer service

Pros

Their customer service is excellent. The system is HIPAA compliant, and the quality for the price is fantastic. We love the cloudbased phone, text, and fax interface.

Cons

I wish we could use both the physical fax machine (with the ATA) and the cloud fax option at the same time. It's a limitation for our business that we can't use both methods simultaneously, and it would be great to have the flexibility to do so when needed.

Easy to use yet very reliable

Pros

It's incredibly easy to configure and manage at any time. The drag-and-drop feature makes everything so simple. I could manage everything myself without needing to learn the system and our office manager was able to take over smoothly without any training or learning curve.

Cons

Honestly there's nothing to complain about. The system does exactly what it promises.
