“Not pretty, but gets the job done
Pros
Tabs are organized thoughtfully so everything I need is visible from the dashboard. Whenever I have to put in a supply or maintenance request, I simply open the appropriate tab and complete the fields , they prompt me for exactly the details required. One feature I genuinely like is that the supply request area includes a searchable inventory of available items which spares me the time I used to spend looking around.
Cons
The site feels a bit dated and isn't particularly attractive to look at. Even though some details from past requests are retained, a lot of the general fields aren't kept and I end up retyping information each time. It would make things much easier if the room location could auto-save, since I usually submit requests for the same classroom or office space.

Pros
Having all of our scheduling information centralized is something I really value , maintenance tasks, facility reservations and work orders are simple to monitor. It has helped me keep timelines on track and stay well organized.
Cons
I find making schedule changes surprisingly irritating , instead of being able to tweak an appointment quickly, I have to cancel everything and recreate it. I really wish there was an easier, less time-consuming way to adjust bookings.

Pros
It is remarkably easy to get this up and running , the implementation was quick and painless. It's honestly saved us a lot of time in our maintenance workflow because every request ends up in one tidy place and people can indicate how urgent their issues are. On top of that, it prompts users to include all the information our maintenance crew needs to address problems properly.
Cons
Setting it up is a little clunky in certain spots, although I mostly blame that on our end since we're trying to adapt it to a massive campus with a wide variety of requirements. I'm convinced some of the awkwardness comes from the complexity of our environment rather than the system itself but it does mean we have to spend extra effort ironing out those quirks.

handling file structures and website paths has become a lot easier for me.
Cons
I found the docs for connecting to Node task runners such as Gulp or Grunt were quite thin which made setup more difficult than it needed to be.

I am glad that it brings together inventory requests and work orders into a single place. The interface is easy to use and overall it's reliable. Best of all, I no longer have to chase emails or paper order forms. Whenever I look up past orders, everything's there instantly, always available.
Cons
It frustrates me when inventory items aren't entered under their actual product names, because searching for specific parts becomes a real pain. I know this probably isn't the software's fault but whoever inputs the inventory data should pay attention since it can slow down my entire workflow considerably too.

For my PPM team, the component-level accounting feature has been invaluable , it lets us understand the pace of our work and the rationale behind each decision we make.
Cons
the interface is hard to use at times, my BI team has raised this issue repeatedly and they've told me it's on their roadmap for fixes.

Cons

this platform allows our faculty to file maintenance and tech-support tickets so easyly while also managing facility reservations in a single location. It's been very helpful for keeping track of everything happening at our school , the organizational tools make it smooth for staff to lodge requests quickly without overwhelming whoever receives them. The guided, step-by-step prompts are excellent for anyone unfamiliar with a request system like this, they make the whole process approachable and easy to follow.
Cons
To be honest, the look and feel of the interface don't appeal to me. I often have trouble tracking down the specific maintenance request form I need because the screen is crowded with small icons that all resemble one another. A searchable menu would solve that , you could just begin typing what you're after and it would present matching choices underneath. I also wish we had a standalone app for our institution, when something is urgent I end up having to boot up a computer instead of quickly sending the request from my iPad via an app.

I've noticed that once some fields are filled in, we can't remove them later even when they no longer apply to our process which is frustrating. Entering data feels cumbersome and eats up time. There are multiple fields that serve no purpose for us, so we end up jumping through forms constantly to reach the items that actually matter.

I'm really surprised by how quick and interactive this system is. There are a huge number of choices to pick from and it keeps your details from past tickets so you don't need to fill everything in again. What stands out for me is that every piece of hardware and software is shown separately which makes it incredibly smooth to identify the exact problem. To be honest, I had my reservations when our school first rolled it out but my opinion was totally flipped by the outcomes! Also, being able to print tickets gives me clear evidence of when and where I submitted an issue, nobody can say they never received it.
Cons
The site overall runs smoothly but it often takes ages for someone to reply personally to a request! Also whenever my computer freezes or crashes, I have to locate another machine just to submit a ticket. Even though I value that my details are retained, I still get uneasy about security, suppose I forget to sign out and someone else can access my account to send bogus requests?

“Efficient workflow management tool
Pros
For our Pre-K team, it has made submitting maintenance requests unbelievably simple , whether it's moving furniture, arranging special room cleanings or getting some extra hands for larger tasks. What really stands out to me is that maintenance staff can view these submissions and see clear timelines provided by their supervisors which removes a lot of guesswork. Ever since we switched to using the request forms, jobs are finished much more quickly and there's been a noticeable improvement in how clearly everyone communicates about what needs to be done. Although we mainly use it for maintenance at our site, I've also seen other departments start using it for tech-related requests as well.
Cons
The login process can be kind of confusing but I don't really hold that against the company , it feels more like a problem on our school's side. Occasionally the network goes down which complicates things, and frankly having to remember yet another password is tiresome. I would love it if technology requests were handled through this same program, since that would simplify things but our school already has a separate system in place for those kinds of requests so it's not a total dealbreaker.
