“Customized to my view!
Pros
The training modules and sandbox mode have really improved how I use the product. I'm able to set up every detail so it reflects my personal customizations, which I love. It presents the data exactly the way I prefer to view it.
Cons
I do wish we had come across this earlier but I'm also mindful that worthwhile discoveries don't always happen overnight.

“Easily accessible but lags sometimes
Pros
Being able to access the program from anywhere when I am traveling or away from the office is something I really value.
Cons
I do notice it becomes quite slow at times and having to rely on using it on our phones isn't the most convenient setup.

the layout is very interactive to use and it lets me locate whatever I need quickly so I don't end up confused by deep, complicated menus.

the interface makes it very simple to link up with other schools and the maintenance crews whenever we require supplies or need work orders processed , it's a huge improvement over having to call around and book appointments all the time.

“Years of easy dependability

It is incredibly easy to move around in and I really appreciate how configurable almost every part of it is. Customizing it so that it aligns with our requirements was easy. We've been relying on it for roughly four years now and during that time it has been consistently dependable. Getting it set up surprised me with how fast it went , the whole configuration only took about a day and anytime I needed assistance while implementing it, a support team response was just an email away.
Cons
What I would really like is automatic text messaging notifications to be sent out when new work orders are created, since that feature is currently missing.

I appreciate that every one of our locations can access this platform and attach photos to work order tickets , being able to see the precise spot of an issue is incredibly useful. The fact that team members can file requests directly from their phones while standing at the problem site has totally changed how we work, since nobody needs to trek back to a desktop. Letting managers and other staff be assigned to evaluate and prioritize problems really tidies up the whole workflow. Rolling this out was easier than I expected for everyone who enters work orders. Support has been phenomenal , whenever we hit a issue they're responsive and resolve things quickly. We rely on this tool across all of our facilities every day, it's become indispensable to our operations.

Real-time access and the mobile app have become indispensable for our fast-paced day-to-day work. While the implementation support for remote assistance felt expensive, the people helping us were very supportive. I've also found customer service to be excellent whenever we've faced issues.
Cons
I find the admin interface difficult to use and not very easy. On top of that, needing to buy several separate add-ons rather than getting a single all-in-one package makes it tough for our finance folks to justify the overall expense.

“amazing support with rigid setup

I find the interface easy to use and the tracking features give me useful insights that let our team enhance how we deliver services. Their customer support truly impresses me , having chat, phone and email options means I can quickly get assistance while out in the field which is very handy.
Cons
The backend lacks the flexibility we were expecting. They assured us that every setting could be tweaked, but that's not true, in practice maybe around seventy percent is adjustable, at best.

UI is very friendly and it provides everything I require. It handles repairs for many different machines flawlessly.
Cons
The reports don't sufficiently target actual labor the way I need and I struggle to find reliable methods to audit my maintenance team's activities. Equipment-related reports, however are excellent and very useful overall.

“smooth but struggles to stick

The layout is smooth to use and I thought the tech support team did an excellent job, they provided hands-on training that made a real difference. Among all the platforms we evaluated, this was the single solution that met every requirement we had.
Cons
the hardest part is getting everyone across our organization to feel at ease using the system. We need additional support during rollout , I suspect many other firms wrestle with the same inter-departmental adoption issues.

I am really pleased with how simple it makes keeping track of inventory and handling work orders. The analytics are very clear and genuinely helpful, provided I keep my data clean. It�s also very quick to update the status of a job and simple to link specific parts to the work orders.
Cons
In my experience there are several areas that could use some work. For example, connecting parts to assets comes across as clumsy and more complex than it needs to be. When parts are still on order I can't quickly identify which purchase order they're associated with, instead I have to comb through every PO and drill into each one. That has led to situations where the system indicated parts were ordered when they actually weren't, often because someone typed the wrong quantity or manually adjusted numbers by accident. On top of that, printing part barcodes feels unnecessarily fiddly and could be much simpler.
