“support is always there!
Pros
the support team is outstanding , every person I've dealt with has been very helpful, quick to respond and eager to assist.
Cons
So far I haven't run into any problems, whenever I've needed assistance the support team has been consistently available, which gives me confidence.

Pros
UI is incredibly interactive, and it's made getting staff up to speed a lot easier than I expected.
Cons

“Thorough but slow deployment
Pros
the data-gathering is very comprehensive and useful. It was great having everything neatly catalogued and a maintenance schedule put in place.
Cons
the deployment dragged on far longer than anticipated and the whole stretch from gathering our data to finally having everything operational felt like a real slog.

Pros
I appreciate that workers can quickly pull up their assignments and complete them, leaving very detailed notes about exactly what they did.
Cons
the reporting needs to be more visual , right now everything exports as spreadsheets which are not the easiest format for me to digest quickly.

Even with only basic computer skills, I find this system very easy to get around & it's genuinely simple to pick up and use.
Cons
I am frustrated that I can assign just one person to each work order, it becomes a real bottleneck whenever I need several technicians for larger jobs.

Pros
this is easy for everyone to use. Because I collaborate with custodial, grounds and crafts crews, having a program that's interactive to use and quick to enter data into truly makes a big impact.
Cons
I wish there were a way to conduct inspections online within the app. It would be wonderful to be able to feed inspection results into a reusable template or form right inside the system.

Honestly, the interface is so smooth & user-friendly and I find their customer support team to be fantastic whenever I need help.
Cons

the layout is really simple to use and whenever any problems pop up, Shcooldude gets back to my questions promptly and clearly.
Cons
Occasionally the site crashes which can be frustrating, though I do notice they're usually quick about getting everything back up and running.

“Powerful data with steep relearning

this tool lets me grab precisely the data I'm after and actually make use of it. The reports, charts and KPI dashboards are all available whenever I need them. Being able to benchmark our performance against similar districts is particularly helpful , it gives me clear context about where we sit. Also the ability to create and schedule automated reports has been a complete game-changer for my workflow because I can set everything up in advance instead of repeating the same manual tasks over and over again.
Cons
At first, setting up some of the modules really felt overwhelming to me. Whenever the team pushed out updates or changes to particular modules it often felt like I had to start from ground zero again which made each rollout a pretty steep learning curve. I wish the transitions were smoother because relearning the same parts every time slows me down and adds frustration to what should be a smooth process.

I'm able to quickly collect and track issues as they come up which makes monitoring problems simple and immediate.
Cons
ui is really overwhelming , it's cluttered with ads and lots of unnecessary information that makes everything feel chaotic and hard to use. Reports are a pain to use and don't give us nearly enough options to customize them for our needs. On top of that, I'm constantly getting emails about webinars and industry reports, yet extracting our own data from the platform is frustratingly difficult. There's also no reliable way for me to track individual rooms because the AREA field accepts any random mix of numbers and text.

“game-changer for accountability
Pros
Being able to manage my own workload online has been a game-changer for me. I feel it improves accountability across the team and has removed all the paperwork headaches we used to deal with. Even our least tech-confident colleagues can figure it out quickly , the interface is very easy and simple to use.
Cons
I find a handful of features to be confusing or poorly explained, so I think more thorough, hands-on training would really help users fully benefit from the system.

Pros
Its very easy to set up and keep running. My team can manage R&M, PM, PrD and lifecycle analysis with no fuss. The people submitting requests say the interface is amazing and they like being able to watch progress unfold in real time.
Cons
we've discovered it offers far more functionality than we actually need for our smooth PO and ordering workflow. Because of that, we've had to put the rollout on hold while we work to get our finance team comfortable with and aligned on all of the platform's capabilities.

“Speeds up work but lacks customization
Pros
My technicians can handle creating, closing and updating their own work orders without needing help and I find that this really speeds up and simplifies our workflow.
Cons
We find that several features don't provide sufficient customization, so I'm often stuck using the default options and can't adapt the software to our specific needs.

“Outstanding and perfectly easy software
Pros
I am blown away by how easy this software is to use and the customer support is simply outstanding! Getting our crew up to speed on MaintenanceDirect and InventoryDirect was much easier than I expected because the whole interface is so easy. Even folks who pushed back at first and grumbled the most have turned into the biggest advocates for these tools. The client services group deserves an A+++++, they're constantly available and willing to tackle whatever questions or problems I bring them. When they can't fix something on the spot, they dig deeper and always return with practical fixes. No question ever feels trivial or embarrassing to raise. Often I'll open the online chat just to talk through an issue and more times than not I walk away having solved it myself simply by talking with someone who truly gets what I'm trying to do. The support team knows these products inside out! I also get a ton from the university program, it's a great source for handy tips and a nice way to build a connection with the team for future help. To be honest, I can't heap enough praise on MaintenanceDirect and InventoryDirect. We definitely need to move forward with rolling out PreventiveMaintenance as well.
Cons
I honestly can't come up with anything I dislike about it. My single wish would be for the addition of a purchasing module to manage purchase orders that could synchronize with the MD and ID components, aligning procurement. Beyond that enhancement, there's genuinely nothing negative I can point to, MD and ID deliver precisely what our team needs to maintain our systems and keep everything running smoothly.

“reliable tool with minor clunkiness
Pros
Its very easy to use and the customer support team has been excellent. The reporting tools run reliably and the platform remains consistently available which is precisely what I am looking for.
Cons
I find some parts a bit clunky and in need of being smoother like the way materials are entered and the restriction that work orders can only be assigned to a single person or craft. Also, using buttons are hard sometimes with forward/back and next/previous functioning differently than I expect.

“Excellent sync and support!
Pros
I have been impressed by how easyly everything syncs across platforms and using the app feels very natural when I'm moving between features. The support team has been excellent and I can always count on them when I need help and they actually go out of their way to be helpful. Also, the reporting tools are solid for monitoring our inventory, giving me precisely the info we need to stay organized.
Cons
My only real con is that the interface feels like it could be cleaner and more polished on both the web and mobile versions, that's about the only issue I've run into.

When I submit questions to customer service, I've generally found their response time to be pretty good and they usually get back to me fairly quickly.
Cons
I keep running into that 'database operation failed with an unexpected exception' error constantly and it's really frustrating because it happens far too often and interrupts what I'm doing.
