Grounds Report

Pros

I enjoy being able to track our work and how easily the crews can monitor themselves and their workloads.

Cons

The main issue I face is the inability to input tasks directly related to my group. Originally, we weren't designed to function individually. Since the Grounds Department has expanded, we need to specify our work more accurately. This would enable us to effectively track different job types. I strongly desire to customize the program for precise measurements.

User friendly

Pros

The system offers extensive customization options, and I particularly enjoy working with the implementation team. They are tremendously helpful in setting everything up. I'm excited for future utilization of the program when our facility opens.

Cons

It would be great if there was enough storage space to include video trainings within the system.

Easy to manage but reports are hard

Pros

I really appreciate how the modular setup breaks tasks into chunks, making it far easier to manage every aspect.

Cons

it doesn't generate automatic status reports for parts, so I end up having to inspect and verify everything manually every time.

excellent features but hard to use

Pros

It is absolutely loaded with features across the board. I can manage and track work orders, use QR code scans to pull up asset details, receive preventive maintenance alerts, keep an eye on costs and analyze data to drive ongoing improvements. There's a massive set of features that really helps us stay organized, productive and efficient.

Cons

While it does a lot, getting comfortable with every feature requires patience because there's a lot of options. They do provide online guides and webinars but I still find it can feel overwhelming when I'm not sure which area to begin with. The tutorial emails are useful yet there's a lot left to learn independently.

Flexible tool with rare hiccups

Pros

We love how user-friendly the interface is & it lets us tweak and personalize everything exactly the way we want. In fact, we've rolled it out to teams we never originally planned to include because it's so adaptable to different processes and workflows.

Cons

Occasionally I notice transfers run a bit slowly, it doesn't happen frequently but when it does, it tacks on extra minutes to finishing a job and interrupts the flow of work.

Good trackers but better reports needed

Pros

I like being able to connect different processes and keep an eye on them through data tracking for both time and cost metrics is something I really value.

Cons

I'd love for the reporting features to be more powerful, I also want a way to batch-send work orders and see everything laid out in a table view for clearer organization.

simple to schedule & track work

the interface is very interactive and it makes handling PM schedules completely easy, plus the work order management tools are dependable as well.

Much better than the old system

Pros

The routing feature performs far better than what I dealt with on SchoolDude and PM and I am genuinely grateful for that upgrade.

Cons

NO problems so far because we're still working through the update process and haven't finished rolling everything out yet.

Customer service

Pros

One of the best aspects of this service is the exceptional customer support. Not only does the software offer a variety of useful features, but the customer service is also outstanding. When you call the help line, you're greeted with a warm demeanor. The support technicians can resolve 99% of issues, and if they can't, they promptly connect you with the appropriate person while providing regular updates on the progress. I never hesitate to reach out to the help line for any concerns.
