Good maps with long setup

Pros

One thing I appreciate is how the app lets me keep an eye on inventory and quickly pull up past work orders whenever I need them. I absolutely love the mapping tool and being able to pinpoint, where jobs are and look over all the data has made my daily tasks far simpler and more efficient.

Cons

Setting up our system ended up taking a fair amount of time at the start even though their team provided useful video conference assistance. I still find myself missing the previous name , Dude Solutions sounded better and felt more familiar to me.

Flawless setup with minor tweaks

Pros

I'm really glad it arrived ready to use immediately, yet let me tweak settings exactly the way I wanted. The interface is smooth and the implementation crew truly exceeded expectations , they stayed hands-on through the entire setup and confirmed everything was functioning flawlessly from day one, and were always responsive to my questions.

Cons

I have not faced any major problems. If I could tweak one thing, it would be adding a handful more fields to the work order submission form, although I've managed to find workarounds for that shortcoming.

good support but they repeat advice

Pros

I find the feature set dependable and the functionality solid and I appreciate being able to speak with an actual person for customer support, assuming AI hasn't completely taken over yet.

Cons

getting the same 'Have you cleared your cache?' response all the time gets really tiresome , it feels like that's the go-to answer for every single issue. It's especially frustrating when so many problems do seem to stem from cache-related behavior. My colleagues and I aren't fans of the mobile app but we keep using it anyway.

easy now but tricky at first

Works okay but some parts annoying

the interface is very interactive and I generally find it smooth to move around without too much trouble.

Cons

I find the parts area really annoying. If I order parts without going through the PO option, they remain listed as 'on order' until I manually log their arrival which makes it hard to keep track.

mostly smooth to use but has bad days

Pros

I depend entirely on the view feature , it's become a cornerstone of my daily workflow. I always tell others about it because honestly, I can't picture accomplishing anything without that functionality now.

Cons

For our setup, the way locations are structured is a constant source of frustration. We group things by campus and treat each building as a location but when Dude Solutions initially set it up they broke things down far too much. Seeing only '2nd Floor' gives me no idea which building a work order belongs to, so I can't quickly get an overall sense of where tasks are located.

Love asset essential

Pros

I'm thankful for the option to monitor my tasks and trust that they are being executed in the field. It's a huge relief to have my assignments easily accessible via the mobile application. However, I do hope that the app could offer improved notifications for new work orders.

Cons

It frequently experiences lag and the notification feature is subpar. There have been instances where my boss sent me a high-priority work order, but I didn't receive any notification until hours or even an entire day later. The work order had been generated, but the notification failed to inform me. This means I could be in the same building without being aware that an urgent work order was sent until I open the app.

Hard to learn, but good tool

Pros

It merges preventive maintenance tracking with work order management and keeps all our records neatly stored in a single spot. There is certainly room to grow and to leverage additional features as our needs expand. I haven't explored other platforms to make a comparison.

Cons

Its quite tougher than with Facility Dude and although I'm sure there are more powerful features under the hood, they are hard to learn and easy to forget. I would really appreciate clearer guidance on how filters and headings operate.
