Pros
I'm really impressed by the simple design and clean interface. The check-in/check-out feature for equipment assigned to staff works flawlessly and the reporting tools are excellent, even offering custom reports. And on top of that, its free!
Cons
I can't find anything negative to mention. It's very solid and in my experience, outperforms many paid alternatives.

I find it fast and convenient. It isn't overly complicated or confusing at all.
Cons
Sometimes locating what I'm after takes a little longer than I'd like. I think a stronger, more user-friendly search feature would really help though maybe I'm just not organized.

This free asset-tracking tool offers a wide range of features and it's not that complex when it comes to locating and exploring the different options available.
Cons
Using the app, I find ease of use to be a real challenge and there's also a noticeable shortage of capabilities. That said, I recognize it's offered for free so I don't hold it to the standards of a fully featured commercial product.

Pros
Setting up users via an Excel template was really simple for me. The app performs excellently when adding new items that have tags. I'm able to scan a tag and immediately configure the item on my phone if it isn't already recorded in the system.
Cons
I'd appreciate a simpler process for checking items out and back in. From my experience it feels like far too many taps and screens are required before I can reach the check-out function which slows me down.

Pros
I appreciate being able to check items out with ease and to generate automated reports so I can always see which assets are still checked out and exactly when each one is due back.
Cons
Honestly the email system barely functions and the customer service is vague and unhelpful. I get the impression that none of the reps really know what they're doing. When I ask a single question it often takes three different people and a lot of back-and-forth before someone finally tells me the correct way to do it.

Pros
Everything about it impresses me. I can customize fields to my exact needs, rely on automatic depreciation, tweak and customize searches and create the reports and filters I want, plus add employees without any fuss. It really feels like someone who has actually managed inventory built this because every single function you'd expect is included. Absolutely fantastic!
Cons
It would be perfect if there were a software/subscription management module included. I find this increasingly important now that so much is SaaS and I can't really assign asset tags to those subscriptions which leaves a gap in tracking.

“Getting started is not an issue
Pros
It's free and really easy to use which I appreciate. I managed to import every asset from the spreadsheet I'd been using before so getting started was painless.
Cons
The maintenance reporting isn't as strong as I'd like. I would find it much more useful to have a report that shows completed maintenance over a chosen date range. That way I can see repair costs broken down by month and better track ongoing expenses.

I find the interface logical and friendly. It offers lots of helpful reports. I also appreciate being able to create read-only accounts so people can search for assets without making any changes.
Cons
One feature I'd love is a dated change log report for asset history, similar to the maintenance history report they already provide. It would also be great if items marked as disposed were excluded from audits so they don't appear in those searches.

I really like that it's a cloud-based platform since that lets several of our inventory control managers monitor our products remotely from any location across the globe.
Cons
I can't find anything bad to say about this program. Sure, free would be nice but from my experience you get what you pay for and it's absolutely worth every penny.

For our IT department, this asset management program has been an amazing, budget-friendly alternative to the big, bloated competitors we couldn't afford. The only extra step I needed to take was purchase the physical asset tags.
Cons
The software's interface pretty busy and cluttered visually. It would really help if the developers organized the details more thoughtfully instead of trying to show everything on the same page which makes it harder to scan.

The interface feels clean, colorful and neatly arranged and I can usually find features where I'd expect them in the menu. The smartphone app is outstanding and its 1D barcode scanning works quickly and accurately. The website responds fast as well and I regularly find the built-in default reports to be genuinely helpful.
Cons
I've noticed that asset searches only allow single-criterion filtering that behaves like an AND and there is no option to use OR or NOT logic when building queries. Some data tables can be exported but they lack relational metadata such as primary keys. There's also no built-in backup tool. I'd appreciate a user-controlled snapshot or backup feature and a way to export every table including their keys so I could rebuild the database if needed.

We've been using it alongside CHEQROOM and it has performed flawlessly for our needs. It reads tags in under a second and has turned our equipment checkout workflow into a much simpler, faster and more organized process overall.
Cons
I chose a color scheme that aligns with our institution's branding but I'd love to see a richer, more vibrant palette option that reflects our school's colors more faithfully, that would really improve the visual match.

Pros
Really love the barcode scanning especially on Dell monitors. I track lots of things like warranty details, photos and attached documents.
Cons
I've noticed it fails to read some QR codes even when I set the scanner to Datamatrix 2D. Also, I would prefer if the mobile app didn't automatically apply the search criteria I configured on the website. In my view the two should work independently.

I like that I can view and upload photos of items. It would be even more useful if I could attach multiple price points and funding details along with that information.
Cons
The Prev and Next buttons sit too close to the profile area so they're hard to tap without accidentally opening the profile. I frequently have to press the very bottom edge of the buttons to make them work. Also, having to close a "product updated" message with an X is annoying. I wish it would disappear on its own instead of lingering.

Pros
Love the price point as it's incredibly affordable. I find it pretty simple to use and having a mobile app for cloud access is a real plus.
Cons
There are some trade-offs compared to a full-featured IT asset management system. I had to do quite a bit of customization, like creating numerous additional fields, to make it fit our workflows. Even so, considering the low cost and the convenience of the companion app, I'm not overly bothered.

Its packed with features, has a user-friendly interface and extensive options to customize user access control. There are numerous distinct fields I can use to track details that fit my company's needs.
Cons
It would make things much smoother if I were able to check out an asset at the moment I'm creating it, rather than going through creating the item, searching for it afterward and then checking it out to a user.
